I didn't like anything about this TV other than it being light weight and so super easy to set up. The color wasn't sharp like the Insignia TV I was replacing; it was just dull and nothing I tried would correct it. I had never owned a Roku TV and definitely didn't like that this TV's remote had no numbers on it to change channels. I use an indoor antenna and it was so frustrating to have to scroll through the channels rather than pressing numbers. Best Buy made it so easy to return it and I ended up getting their Samsung 58" Smart TV and I couldn't be more happy!

I bought the tv mainly to get Acorn tv for my friend who loves it and is a frequent visitor and I didn’t want her to have to deal with another remote. I liked it so much that I replaced my ancient Sylvania with a 32” one for the master bedroom. They work great and were no problem to set up with the provided tutorial.

Very clean looking display. Everything about the exterior of the TV looks very nice too. There is a small white ring light around the power button on the bottom right side of the display that stays on even when the tv is off. Kinda wish I knew about that. But good audio and a great display.

Great for the price - wish the remote was better though. Also had a few issues with the internet dropping meaning I have had to set-up the connection again. Though I had this issue with my last Roku TV too, so maybe a ROKU issue

I looked into both the 4 series and the 5 series, and the display on this one is far superior if looking side-by-side. My other tv completely died and this was definitely an upgrade. I also love that Roku is built in because I have way less issues with Roku than the amazon firestick system.

Purchased this to be used as a combination television and live streaming monitor. Very happy with the quality and value it has provided as a television. As a computer monitor, I would have purchased the 40" instead. Just a little to big to be on my desk. Otherwise this is an excellent purchase.

Its a nice TV but im not real happy with the color and how some shows just look flat. Some shows really look nice but others look like there is a piece of film over the screen and it makes it look dull. For a 4K TV I'm not that impressed. Even when watching 4K movies i just can't get the colors to pop and look good. Plus i did not realize it was a Roku TV. So you always have to have that remote. When you turn the TV on it starts on the Roku home screen so you have to use the TV remote to switch to what app or your cable box that you want to watch. Its a bit of a pain. But thats on me for over looking that about the TV.

Picture quality is great. However the audio lag is awful. Speakers are junk as well. Spend the extra and buy a Samsung. If you are buying for the roku just buy the roku stick.

So this was a replacement TV because my previous TV back light went out. The second week I had this TV I turned it on and there were big black bars going vertical on the screen. I am plug the TV and plug it back in the bars were gone. Less than two weeks later I turned it on, the TV is normally reviewed with TLC on it, This time it was green. So I turned it off wait five minutes turn it back on and it was back to normal. I don’t know what’s going on with the manufacturing of these TVs nowadays but we are paying a lot of money and the TV should work.
