It is a very good smart TV at its price point. It isn't one that is baseline but it is not really top tier either. The roku interface is kind of nice though and it just makes it feel like it was made to be a streaming TV.

Don't buy the extended warranty. DO NOT buy the extended warranty. The manufacturer offers a better deal for extended warranties. Do not buy the warranty. This is a wonderful TV for anyone but I recommend mounting it or enclosong it because it is very fragile.

I rate the picture quality and app’s functionality very high along with the overall streamlined design. However, this TV will NOT keep the over the air channels, I have to keep unplugging the TV and rescanning for channels. This is when all my other TVs in the house work just fine with my OTA channels. I searched online and there appears to be a major issue with TCL TVs dropping OTA channels all the time.

First issue was a barcode label glued to the actual screen from manufacturing. Not a protective film but the screen, it left a noticeable residue. I could live with that as it was not seen when the TV was on, picture quality was not impacted. The second issue was the screen started flickering after 4th day. A factory reset seemed to get rid of this, however it was not something I wanted to live with. TCL needs better QA, until then I will stick with the big names, anything that starts with an 'S'.

Ordering two during the pandemic shutdown was challenging. We worried that we’d be arrested for stalking our local Best Buy. Thankfully they did arrive, and the store opened for pick-up. Better still, we got the TVs up and working with some valuable intervention by one of our sons.

Great value for the money. The interface seems occasionally slightly awkward, but again, still a great deal. Audio and video quality is pretty good. I would definitely buy again.

I only have a certain amount of space in my bedroom. This fits the bill and also come with mountains of features for a relatively small price. We'll see how long it will last but I have zero complaints after a month of use.

This tv has great color love the Toku option. Tried the Samsung their remote was ridiculous none of the options were easily found. The tcl. Remote is very user friendly would recommend this tv for the price

Overall I give this a 4 stars, you get bang for the buck; and lots of inches per dollar; however, the quality is not the best out there. The display is a little slow at times but if that doesn't bother you this is a great deal.

Delivery was a few days late, but notification was promptly sent. Need more recommendations after purchase for additional accessories that may be necessary and compatible with TV. i.e. wall mount, adapters, etc.

First TCL Roku TV purchase has not disappointed! Best Buy was able to price match this TV with Amazon's price and I was able to pick it up on the same day. After setting it up I was extremely satisfied with the quality and so far have been happy with how its performing.

I bought this for the outlaws to replace their old Toshiba 32". They were quite happy with it until a horizontal line appeared across the screen just after the warranty was up. Not sure what's up with that, but they will have to live with it until it is replaced. Having Roku built-in is awesome, as that's their preferred streaming device and it is integrated seamlessly. Without the display issue, it's a 5-star review. With the lack of reliability, I had to knock 2 stars off.

Purchased this TV for our covered deck and absolutely love it! The brightness helps offset the fact that it’s outside. (We use a weather protector when not in use). This is the second time we bought this TV because it’s such a great deal.

Bought to replace a bedroom TV, features the in app remote via Roku, where you can open apps on the TV (like Netflix,Hulu,Disney+, & youtube). Also had the capabilities of connecting to Zoom & Skype as a computer screen. High quality & very versatile

Washed out picture, limited calibration options, poor hdr. Decent on a tight budget

This is my second TCL smart tv. This one for my bedroom. I use Hulu through the Roku. I’m satisfied with both the larger one in the living room and this new one for the bedroom. Great tv for a reasonable price.

I was able to fit the box in my trunk and carry it into the house myself. I had it set up and customized in about an hour. It is light enough to move around for different seasons or occasions.

Bought this TV because the one we had would not download any updates! This has been a wonderful buy! Enjoyed everything that the TCL APPS comes with... Would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a new addition to their household!!

I really like the new television. Didn't realize that going from a CRT TV with rabbit ears to a new flat screen required learning a new skill. However, except for the sound, all is well.

The Tv itself is excellent, the only problem I had is that they put the barcode on the actually screen and I had an extremely hard time getting it off without harming the Tv.
