Not really was expected. Did research on this TV and all of it turned out to be fails. Picture is washed out. Need to make adjustments to pictures settings constantly to get things looking right. Very little adjustment for the brightness. Got it for the built in Roku but limited on what adjustments that can be made over other TVs I seen. Issues with wireless connectivity. Seems OK with 2.4g band but 5g is a pain to connect. It may connect once but fail to later. Even after adjusting router settings, still a pain to get connect and keep connected. I am a tech so I know what I am doing. The wired connection has sporadic speed test. Was excellent one day then poor the next. Thought it might be the service the TV uses to test but when on 2.4g band the test was double the wired speed. I plugged a Roku Ultra in the same Wired connection and speed was excellent. Makes no since with this TV. Overall it worked pretty good with exception of few minor things, but just not for my taste.

I did not like curbside service. I felt no friendliness from the boys that were outside.

Absolutely stunning, nothing more to say. Series 5 is leaps and bounds better than the series 4. You will not regret this purchase

This is a a really nice tv. Love the Roku platform. Can find no fault with this television.

My daughter loves the TV and prefers the apps to local cable television. I will recommend

I was gonna go with a big name (Sony, Samsung, LG) but nothing in stock today. Thought I would try the new company TCL.

It has been working great I just wish I had gone foe the bigger one. It looks a little small in my living room.

The Roku operating system is great. No more fumbling with the remote to switch between inputs, just choose a tile!

Easy set up. Thought Thoughtfulness it came with ruko but it would seem that I still have to purchase another box

I am quite impressed with the quality of this TV. I have a 32" LG 4K monitor, does not compare with the TCL.

TV went bad after 43 days (a dark blue screen pops up upon power on and doesn't go away). I tried to use the reset button on the TV to no avail. Called TCL customer support to let them know, and they marked the TV has not meeting warranty for physical damage because the reset button no longer works after pushing it and holding it for 12 seconds like they suggest and terrible made button fell off while pushing it. Mind you, the TV malfunctioned well before the reset button did. There is a reason why TCL is so cheap and now I see why, STAY AWAY!
