Good TV but smart TV features not always reliable

I have another TCL TV that does not experience these same problems. Keeping the firmware and apps up to date hasn't seemed to fix the problems.

Not a bad TV but don't go into it with high expectations as it relates to picture quality. If you have good TV's at home you will immediately recognize the deficiencies of the TCL! But again, for the price you won't be mad.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Great features for the money

I also could not download HBOMax and ATT Watch TV on ROKU, its also missing Apple AirPlay and Homekit available from similar priced TV like the Vizio M-Series
