Furthermore, The closed captioning does not work. I have had to contact the Geeksquad 3 times because of problems with my TV. The last time, I asked them to come out and take down the TV I had hooked up because there is a problem with this TV. Then install a new one that I have here. They said I would not be charged for the installation. I just received an email and they charged me $149.99. This is ridiculous because the TV is the problem and I already had this charge. I am not happy and I may not shop here again.

BAD TV, TCL has serious problems with these TVs!

The entire system would lock up and you could not even turn it off with the physical power button on the TV. TCL put one of the cheap, crummy Roku systems in these TVs. You have less content, and the picture quality is not as good as the picture from a Roku Ultra. I would advise not buying any TCL TV because you will have problems with them and wish you had but something else!

TCL's 43" 4K Smart TV's are JUNK!

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TCL, 43", 4K, Smart TV gave me the biggest headache I have ever had, dealing with buying a brand spanking new TV! I bought this 43" TCL TV from Best Buy Online, and had it delivered to my home. After just 26 days, the screen went black (I was watching it and the screen slowly shrunk to blackness within 30 seconds)! The sound would still play, but I could not see the screen (the TV's LED's, burned out completely). With the TV being 28 days old, Best Buy would NOT take it back for return (Best Buy only gives customers "14 days" to return a TV for any reason. After the 14 days, you are on your own if anything that happens to the TV). I had to jump through some hoops to get Best Buy to give me the same TV again on return, because in my opinion, a customer should have "at least" 30 days for a TV not to fail on them and break down. After jumping through Best Buy's hoops, I got them to trade the broken TCL TV in for the same TV again, but this time, the TCL TV only lasted 3 months and the screen went black again! I will NEVER buy a TCL TV again. I was disappointed because from research, TCL is a "SONY" spin-off company, but the TV is junk! Do not buy a TCL TV if you need quality, the screen will go black on you eventually and you will not get your money's worth from their TV's.
