    purchased 6/24/20, picture went out 7/19/20. Best buy will not exchange or replace it. Will have to ship it to manufacturer and get it shipped back. What's the point of shopping with big box stores anymore if they won't help you within 30 days of a purchase? might as well shop on amazon.

    I returned this Roku TV because it does not have support for the new HBO Max service. Roku and HBO are having a contract dispute so it is not available on Roku. I do not recommend getting any TV with a Roku built in. I returned for a Samsung TV that has HBO Max app.

    Sticker RIGHT ON the screen!

    Bought it and returned is less than half an hour later. There was a barcode sticker right on the screen!, not on a protective film which I checked, but directly on the screen! According to one review on here and many on Amazon, this seems to be an ongoing issue.

The only reason a barcode sticker would be on the screen is if there was a screen protector. There should have been a tab on the upper right-hand side that says "Carefully remove protective material after installing TV".     TV was 5 stars until picture died after less than 3 months of use. Great bargain 4k TV until picture died. Waiting to hear back from TCL support, will update review based on their response.

    Tv worked for eighteen days then broke!!! No picture sound worked. Called best buy and they said it was over there 15 day return policy so I guess they really don't care about there customers . Had to call tcl and waiting to see what they do

    Every single thing about this TCL 43S525 tv is awesome. Picture quality for the price is beyond superb. Audio seems good even though I don't really turn the built in speakers up very loud. Easy setup right from the get go with simple to figure out settings. As well as ease of use of the Roku UI and other apps which is a huge bonus if you don't want to deal with a lot of nonsense. The remote is nothing particularly special (having the volume controls on the side is slightly annoying) but still it does the job fine. Honestly I can't find much at all that I don't like about this tv. The 43" inch is perfect for my bedroom setup. The screen looks seriously huge and I'm glad I didn't go for the bigger 55" inch one which would have been overkill. The tv was flawless out of the box (bought in store at local Best buy) with no damages and everything is working perfectly. I've only had the tv for a few days so I can't attest much to the longevity value, but for the moment I couldn't be any happier about my purchase. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for the best tv to buy in this price range.

    Purchased 43inch TCL Class 5 Series LED 4K Smart Roku TV in June 2020 and four months later one of the HDMI ports is no longer useable. Best Buy won't take it back for a replacement. Not sure I'll be buying any more TCL products.

    Dead in less than 6 months.

    Tv died within 6 months, no picture but sound works. I really liked the roku interface and thought it was good for the price, but less than 6 months is terrible. This was a bedroom tv so not even used that frequently.

    Purchased on 09-11-2020 and on 06/08/2022 it has quit working. It appears the backlight has failed and I can't see the screen unless it's completely dark in the room.

    I had to return this item because it didn’t work. I ordered online, had to take it back to the store which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Decided to go with a different brand.

    Purchased in August 20 TV quit working October of 20 and of course Best Buy won’t stand behind don’t waste your money and buy from somewhere that’s stands behind products they sell

    I love my TCL tv

    Roku / TCL TVs have been my go to. They’re easy to use, easy to setup, pretty much ready out of the box. Love that the remote is compact and not so bulky. Picture quality is beautiful and game play is even better.

    The pictures on the screen are very poor, rather blurred. I’m keeping it because I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. I would buy a better maker.

    I ordered this TV online because it said it has 120 Hz refresh rate. I got a completely different TV delivered. Not much else to say about that.
