At first I did not know if I. Would like the TV because I had never heard of TCL but now I can say that. It's a great TV and I liked it so much that I just got the TCL soundbar to go with it. So now I have great picture and great sound and a good price.

This is my second TCL TV and I'm about to buy a third. The video display is great but in a larger room, I would add a sound bar. You can't beat the price on this for the quality you get. Totally recommend!

Great TV at a great price. Screen is good quality, nice size, good design, and thin so easy to either mount or put on a TV stand. Easy to set up. Only thing is sometimes the volume doesn't seem very loud depending on what SmartTV app you're using to watch stuff. But otherwise, good TV for a good price.

Great entry level tv for the price! With both HDR and Dolby Vision!

Picture quality is great. Navigating the different options when trying to set the TV up was confusing at times. I had to sort through all the various options more than once in order to get the correct settings that I preferred. The sound (volume) system is very weak. In order to hear the dialogue I have to put the volume up to or higher than 40.

I think the quality of this TV are just as good as a more expensive one. We got it for our camper and it comes in great. Gives you options for input and the picture is great! And didn't have to spend a fortune getting it. I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a good quality picture and not pay a lot.

I have never heard of TCL before but after some research I found out a lot of positive reviews about it so I chose this brand because it gives you a better value for your money. Picture quality is great on par with top brands and has more features than others at the same price point, so far everyone in my house likes it.

The picture is big, beautiful and clear, and the remote is very easy to use, especially if you prefer streaming to live television. The sound could be better, but that is my only (minor) complaint--I would only take of a quarter of a star for it, hence five stars. I don't think you can do better for the price.

Was on the fence between 55" 4 series and this 50" 5 series. Couldn't be happier that I went with the 5 series. I'm a huge movie buff and the picture is beautiful...especially when combined with blu-ray. Video games look great too. Im noticing things I never saw before in games that I've been playin for months.

This television is great for easily switching between Roku TV selection and my local over-the-air (OTA) channels. The TV’s software looks up the OTA channels on the interwebs and creates an easy-to-use channel guide to browse through. It makes it easy to use and hassle-free. The picture and audio quality are also very good.

I have been tracking TCL for quite awhile and heard the buzz about great TVs at a great price. I recently moved and wanted to replace some older TVs. I got the TCL 5 series for my bedroom since I don’t usually watch TV in my room I felt I needed to be more economical. I bought a. Samsung Q6 for the living room. Surprisingly, the TCL rivals the Q6. I love watching TV in my room and I’m slightly annoyed that I didn’t buy the TCL 6 Series for the living room. The Roku interface on the TCL is so easy to navigate. I love the QuickStart buttons On the remote. When I can’t find the remote, I just use the App on my phone. And when I can’t find either, I use Alexa to turn off the TV and I roll right to sleep. I literally recommend this TV to anyone who is unsure what to buy. These TVs are the best. Don’t hesitate because you are not familiar with the brand. TCL is an up and coming company and you’ll be seeing them more and more as they take over electronics one appliance at a a time.

Tv is very nice wish I bought a larger screen easy to use and set up

I have four 4k tvs and needed to get one with out spending much for a secondary tv in a room. I read some reviews on these and saw they are the highest bought tv on amazon. Took a chance and haven't looked back. The quality and function on this tv is amazing! Will be buying more from this company in the future

I bought this for my wife for mother's day. She is enjoying the Roku because she is from Thailand and it has over a Thousand movies and TV shows for her to watch. The TV was easy to set up and operate. She is enjoying the 4K. It looks like the people from the TV are in the living room with us.

Picture and audio on this TV are well above my expectations; I’ve owned this for nearly a year now and it’s still holding up great and functioning like day one. The menus are easy to use and intuitive, the remote is simple and easy to understand, and for the price you’d be hard pressed to find something better.

Check on Rtings scores and this one has same performance and quality as a Samsung 7 series that almost double the price... really good TV for the money, great image quality and features. I will be looking to get a series 6 in 75" or maybe they will get the 85" and get that later!
