Q: What are the differences between Series 3, 4 and 5 on the 49 inch model TCL Roku TV?
A: Visit their website at https://www.tclusa.com/ It has to do alot with picture quality. Series 3 is not 4K and the Series 4, 5, and 6 are 4K. Series 5 and 6 have dolby vision, Series 4 does not have dolby vision. The website does an excellent job of showing the differences between each Series.
Q: What is the Width of the legs from side to side???? to determine stand size/width

Q: Can my old VCR and Blu Ray be hooked up to this TV?
A: That depends on what inputs the require. It has 3 HDMI inputs. I would assume your Blu-ray will use one of these. It also comes with a special adapter you can use to hook up something with the old red, white, and yellow AV inputs. That may be what you vcr has. It does not have other inputs that were common for VCRs such as S-Video or RGB Components. If you need either of those, you will need to order an adapter.
Q: On the Best Buy website it says this TV has a 60Hz refresh rate. Is that correct?

Q: Will I be able to dvr programs?
A: Not directly from the tv. If you use the hulu app you can DVR to their cloud it will hold 50 hrs of recordings as part of the package, sling charges extra. if you use a tv provider like spectrum or direct tv and have their DVR box then yes
