Refurbished
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First TV I got was a refurbished which I didn't know until I got home and noticed things were not in a sealed package and the TV screen was damaged. I took it back the same day got home and everything was sealed including the batteries to which the first TV the batteries were in the remote. I'd recommend this TV to a friend but highly recommended them inspect it before leaving.

Nope - did not like it, returned it the next day and got the Samsung. What I did not like was the limited menu options to adjust the picute. Did not care for the limited remote either. Was not. Terrible TV, just not to my liking.

Posted .Sorry you didn’t get the chance to explore the full array of adjustments available on the TV. Under the options menu you’ll find all the typical picture adjustments of color, tint, contrast, sharpness etc. Additionally using the free Roku mobile app for your smart phone or tablet there are enough expert picture controls to perform a full blown calibration. We are confident if you give us another chance, you’ll be more satisfied with the TV. Hope that helps, TCL support
