    Had this TCL Roku TV for two years and two months and today the dreaded black screen has taken over the TV. Audio is fine but with no video the unit is useless. Tried everything including factory reset (available button on back) to no avail. Didn't cost much but now it's time to get something better. Was having trouble with Roku software update 14 and I have a 43in TCL Roku TV. Holding my breath since it's a year older than this TV.

    You have any other soundbar other than Roku and you connect it with the ARC when you use the volume on your TV it's going to jump three to four increments at a time. If you use optical you have to use remote for your soundbar and the TV. But if you use the auxiliary cord everything's fine?

    This is the 4th Roku TCL tv I’ve purchased. My last purchase was a gift. I have 32”, 50 and 55. Lightweight, great picture quality. Sound is pretty good on the 50” and above, without an enhancement.

    Got this tv cause my Insignia tv of 2 years died and I had bought the protection plan on it. This tv is great. It took me a couple of weeks to figure how to use it. Instruction booklet is handy but does not enough instruction. Very thankful to have this tv. I did buy another protection plan.
