    These TCL TVs suck. I bought the TCL 50" November 2023, and now 3 months out of the 1 year warranty, I have only a black screen. This is the second TCL TV Ive purchased that did the same thing. So for $500 bucks, I got a TCL TV that lasted just over a year. Im seeing its a common problem with these TVs, and you havent fixed them yet. Class action suit coming.

    I didn't like this TV at all. Very poor sound quality. No options to change screen brightness, contrast, colors, or anything of the like. Very poor menu system since it's part of the Roku menu. I am and fireTV user, cannot stand Roku. Please TCL, stop using Roku on your TVs.

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
