Excellent.. Amaizing itmen i love to shop at best buy

1 year warranty, 13 months TV has no picture. Junk. Before you tell me to contact you b/c you take great pride in your product, just tell me if you are going to fix it or replace it for free b/c a TV should last longer than 13 months. If not I am not wasting my time and will throw this in the garbage and wait for my other TCL to go out and be done with your brand.

Purchased this TV six months ago for my son. Today the screen just went black sound still works but no picture. I didn’t purchase Best Buy’s warranty because typically it’s no better than the paper it’s printed on. Spoke with TCL support today and started the warranty process. Extremely difficult to understand the person I was speaking with very heavy accent. Best I could tell from my conversation it should take several months. When it was working, the TV was good. But six months isn’t enough. Looks like I’ll be buying a different/better brand because several months is going to be a bit too long.

Loved this tv at first but now after less than 2 years it does not work at all. Completely down.

We love our new Roku TCL TV! I always turn to Best Buy for tvs and other electronics, and I have never been disappointed. This is the second Roku TV that we have purchased from Best Buy, and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent picture and so much better than a FIRE tv! Roku is just more reliable...

TCL is a great brand. I have purchased one for every room in my house and even as a gift to others. I have purchased from 43" - 55" TCL televisions and they all work beautifully!! Great picture and color!

So far it isn’t bad…the only thing I can tell is the screen is flashing and random lines are starting to appear. And I’m not sure what is going on. So I guess that is a big deal.

This was a great deal! My brother tv went out I jumped online and looked at so many tv’s and after looking and looking this was my best deal! Great picture, sound, color, and very self explanatory to operate!

Have now had it 5 months and have had no issues at all. Great picture, use it with the spectrum streaming app and it works great. No complaints from my daughter on it, is a tv for her room.

Very Satisfied, Full of features - Dolby, Roku with lot of free channels. Picture quality is also good. Takes command from Siri to switch on/off the TV. Edge to edge display is very classy.

This is a great TV. It has an excellent display with vivid colors and rich blacks. The sound is better than expected and my PlayStation 5 looks better than ever on this TV!

After 18 months and working perfectly it went to black screen. I tried everything recommended to get it back to no avail! Geeksquad informed me that this product is no longer available and it wasn't cost effective to fix. They're sending me a brand new TV later this week

TV was defective. Returned it hoping for an exchange but Best Buy would only give a refund. Might actually be a good TV, who knows?

This is wall mounted in master bedroom and works great! Good color and sound....definitely like the ease of Roku streaming.. A very good buy and do recommend!

Perfect television for any room. Everything was straight forward and work right out of the box. Will definitely be buying from bestbuy again.

Great integrated TV and easy to setup. No other boxes needed to get online. If you want OTA local channels, you will definitely need an antenna to pull those in.
