    Apparently, I bought an already broken tv. Hooked it up and logged into apps, then the screen went black. Upon returning tv, no one had any guidance as to how the already logged in apps would get logged up, since you can’t see the screen. And then, when attempting to buy a tv that was $2,000 and on sale, the store tried to selling us a tv that’s box was so badly beat up and mistreated, that you could see the tv’s screen. So then, it turned into a hassle and they could not order us the exact tv on sale to the store we live close to- the only option was to drive 1 hour out of our way to buy and then transport the tv on our own. Long story short, I am very disappointed in the entire experience. I gift to my parents turned into nothing but a now useless gift card.

    This is a replacement for a little over 2 year old Insigna 50" that we use as our computer monitor. Having purchased an extended warranty, this was covered by my warranty. I am also a Total Tech customer Some of the best money I have spent. Best Buy stands behind their products and we love Total Tech.

    This is our 3rd TV in less than 5 years. They truly don't make tvs like they used to. Had an LG which lasted less than 2.5 yrs. Then a Samsung which again lasted less than 3 yrs soo we were recommended TCL just so long as we bot the 5 yr guarantee. So far its a good seamless unit.

    Good TV. I’d you’re looking for a secondary tv for office, bedroom or game room, this is a good tv at a good price. It a lot of cases, this could even be a good main TV. If you don’t need the brightest screen and features you’ll never know you missed, this is a very good 4k TV.

    After only 2 years the TV has completely lost video. There is audio but no video and the cost to repair is basically what the cost of a new TV is. Unfortunate, I have had an LG 65” for 9 years now and it is still going strong. Will definitely get an LG to replace this one. Don’t expect longevity on this TCL Roku TV.

    TV picture goes black with good sound. Needs to be reset by unplugging for 2 minutes. HDMI port 1 does not work. Picture is good. Too late to return.

    Roku is the way to go

    Exactly what we wanted. This is our 2nd TCL Roku TV. We have purchase a different smart TV and it failed all expectations. Our 1st Roku TV was hit with a power surge so we went with a different TV and it was such a disappointment. We will stick with TCL and Roku.

    Have only been using this TV for a couple weeks, but it has been flawless. I am perfectly happy with this TV. It isn't the most expensive technology, but perfectly serviceable in my opinion.

    The sound is good, picture is meh. I tend to get a very dark foggy picture no matter the type of settings i put it on. Its known for this kind of issue.

    Not impressed,I can’t seem to get the correct color balance for flesh tone.not impressed at all my old Vizio without 4k has a much better picture

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    Was there when the store opened. Went straight to TV's and said what I wanted. TV purchased and put in my car. Done in 10-15 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and helpful! WONDERFUL experience! My go to store now!!!
