Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This TV does not currently feature a web browser. However, there are thousands of streaming channels and over 500,000 different movies and TV episodes available through the Roku streaming system. Additionally, you can screen mirror compatible phones to the TV. This way you can search on your phone, but view on the TV. Great value

Not intending to compete with a top end tv, they offer fantastic bang for the buck plus the Roku OS I've become familiar with.

Don’t buy this tv. It’s crap!!

I purchased this tv in May 2022 and today (Dec 2023) it just went black. It’s been over a year so TCL says they can’t do anything to help me. This is unacceptable. Who would buy a tv that only lasts a bit over a year.

Had Geek Squad come deliver and hang it on wall and they did a great job. This issue I have is with the TV itself. Not a very bright screen. We chose this one over others for the ease of the Roku set up for our rental guests on AirBnb. Basically does the job we wanted but the pic could be better.

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Stopped Working 1 year later

Tried troubleshooting but nothing. At least customer service was nice but I'm waiting to see if they'll replace it or not. A TV shouldn't stop working after a year.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
