    I would not buy this TV again. We had it 76 days and it stopped working. We set up and appointment with Tech Support, but when they were supposed to arrive they cancelled and told us to make a new appointment.

    Watching a show , then screen shut off when completely black . Did all reset procedures and troubleshootings needed , tv screen did not work . Take into consideration that the tv barely reached a year old

    Tv works great, especially for the price. After 6 months ,tv suddenly had no picture or sound. This actually happened to my previous TCL TV after 1 yr. I bought same brand b/ c I didnt want to have to learn how to use a new operating system.Regret it now.

    Junk! Backlight out in less than a year!!

    Backlight is out in less than a year of ownership!!! What junk!! TVs should last 3+ years at least NOT LESS THAN A YEAR!!! No warning either - no fading/dimming over time this thing just went black while I was watching it! TOTAL JUNK!!

    Died in 5 months - Totaltech is a waste!

    TV completely stopped working less 6 months from purchase. Being a Best Buy Totaltech Member, you would expect the 24 month Protection Plan to be useful, but Best Buy won't assist with the issue. They make you call TCL and then they give you the runaround.
