    I bought this TV in December, and in February the picture went out so all I have is a black screen. I contacted the manufacturer for assistance and they will be sending out a technician to look at it. I don't plan on buying a TCL ever again.

    Damaged Product Being Sold

    My television was delivered with a bow in the screen frame. Yet, The sticker and description states it is in excellent condition and undamaged. Very misleading and wrong and I can't believe I have to actually drive 2 hours to the store to return it

    HDMI issues

    All of my HDMI ports no longer work properly. All of the color is gone. I tried all 4 ports and tried new cables. Best Buy will not let me exchange and I have only had the TV for a few months

    No picture. Just a black screen. Spent 68 minutes on the phone with TCL. Trying to get warranty work is worse then pulling teeth. Best Buy is as bad as TCL.

    Nice tv for the low cost. I’ve had it for 6 months and the picture doesn’t show anymore. Just a green screen. I’m calling Best Buy and I’m sure they’ll take care of the problem.

    terrible remote control

    The remote doesn't have a number pad. You have to scroll your way to the channel that you want rather than just punch in the number.

      Hi DanielB,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!
