Good larger tv

The only complaint is I receive a menu first and have to connect to my dvr which is the more common way I want to use it. Color quality and sound are quite good. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A Replacement TV

Awesome TV despite horrible experience from Best B
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After extensive research, decided this was the way to go to remain inside our budget with some accessories etc. We are VERY happy with this TV! Primarily used for streaming channels and viewing movies/programs on Satellite via HDMI cable. Picture and sound are cinema quality. The size was an upgrade for us and perfect for our tiny viewing space. Setup is easy, especially if you already have a Roku account. Love the easy access to picture and sound settings, depending on brightness of room lighting. Dialogue is clearer, especially with the dialogue enhanced setting. Total game changer for us. Beware though, we purchased an "openbox" set which should have been inspected...the screws to install the feet were missing as was the EZ setup guide. 2 different Best Buy stores were NO HELP WHATSOEVER and completely blew us off, would not take responsibility or assist in any way. We found the manual for our TV on the manufacturer website and found which screws to get from Home Depot. Since them, our new TV is a dream come true!

Broken remote

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This brand has really gone downhill the HDR feature is defective and no matter what you do to the settings the input whatever device you’re using none of it makes any difference you can swap out as many HDMI cables as you want you can buy whatever expensive cables you want none of it is going to make the HDR look correct it’s always super light and not clear and completely useless have to switch to 4K HDR to even watch anything with clear picture will be taking back this TV for the third time to Best Buy and going and getting another brand

Screen goes Blank!!

Always connectivity issues. Today on July 28, its gone completely blank on me and wont display anything. Customer service wont answer and its absolutely trash. I dont know how to resolve the issue. AVOID TCL!!

Great TV for price point

Easy to install and set up, especially when using Roku. TV is connected directly to cable modem with a cat8 ethernet cable delivering a quality picture, especially with 4K content.

Great value

Roku TV actually has a bunch of good channels to watch as a bonus. Picture quality is good not great, good enough for the price. Small quibble TV can be a little slow reacting to remote commands. Overall, thrilled with the purchase and Best Buy made the whole ordering and delivery experience wonderful.
