Not this exact brand but eventually all the screens go black after the warranty expires. After a month of having this TV, I have no complaints.

Back light has gone out less then 4 years of using

Unfortunately I didn’t do my research and see that it’s a common issue with TCL. I won’t be buying another TCL specially how they only have a 1 year limited warranty.

Phoned TCL customer service regarding the issue there is only a one year warranty and they hung up on me. Will never purchase another model from them again.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Folks, the saying “you get what you pay for” reigns true with this hunk of GARBAGE. I’ve had this tv for alittle over a year and all of a sudden I’m staring at a black light on the screen. Customer service basically told me to dispute the charge…. Zero help especially because I didn’t get a warranty which was a huge mistake. Spend the extra money for a better product this brand is garbage.
