NOT WORKING!

Tv freezes after about 40secs after initial set up goes into update software then it freezes. I have tried everything to get it up and running but no matter what I do after 40 seconds on it freezes tv goes black but tv logo is still transparent. So disappointed because it’s the weekend and I can’t get any tech support

Low Quality - Picture not great

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. Over it, no playback on any streaming apps

Tried looking up solutions and though there seemed to be a lot of stuff you have to do to keep this software running properly, after trying all of the instructions in every order possible I concluded that there was no fix for my issue. Very disappointing and frustrating... Others online were also having similar issues at the time of writing this..

Horrible smell

I tried for three days to air it out and see if it would stop and it didn’t. I ended up returning it for a different brand.

Ridiculously fragile - junk

But only when turned on. Called support and they said it wasn’t a defect covered under warranty but abuse. If hanging on the wall overnight is abuse it must have been Santa’s elves making a mid year visit. Went from very nice to junk overnight with no recourse to us. Junk - stay away.

Don’t do it.

Horrible Product

It takes anywhere from 2 to 7 minutes to warm up before it shows a picture and or sound. It was acting up from the very beginning I regret not returning it within the return window. The picture is absolutely beautiful and super clear. You can definitely tell a difference with the 4K resolution. The sound quality is loud and clear. I definitely noticed a huge improvement from my previous television. I haven’t noticed a lag at all. This television is super easy to set up with Google and Android. The Google Assistant is definitely handy to have because with just one click of a button you can use your voice to search for anything without having to type it out. I love that I’m also able to mirror my phone on the screen as well. The amount of applications on this television is amazing. I’m able to have YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and any other applications that are available in the Google Play Store. The choices are endless. I don’t need my FireStick or Roku anymore with this television. I can eliminate clutter and unnecessary wires in the bedroom. I love how lightweight it is. This makes mounting it on the wall a breeze. I’m super impressed with this television. I’m definitely happy with this Smart TV. I should’ve switched sooner. You won’t be disappointed with this television... you have so many wonderful features with this product. I highly recommend this if you want to avoid less time/money browsing through cable television. I suggest you get this Smart TV with endless streaming possibilities it will save you money in the long run.
