    Worse picture quality ever!!! Do not waste your money with this tv, no matter how much the electronics representative tells you that is a great tv and that they sell a lot in china (that’s what i was told). The quality is really bad. Doesn’t even look like a 4k or even 1080p. I literally returned it 2 days later and bought another brand tv

    Love our TV but hate that our Netflix and Disney + doesn't work. All the other apps work just fine.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You can first try uninstalling the streaming channel and then reinstalling it. To do this you can highlight the streaming channel on the home screen and press the asterisk (*) button on your remote, then scroll down to 'Remove channel'. You would then need to go to Home>Streaming Channels>Search Channels>Type in the channel you are looking for. You would then select the streaming channel and select 'Add channel'.     Audio Sync Issues

    Audio Sync issues with any sound bar since day 1, and after looking further into it there are many other people with similar complaints. The audio Sync issue is worse on anything higher than PCM. Even on PCM the issue still happens, just not as frequently. Really disappointed in this TV

    Great tv, but consistently goes offline...even with a strong internet signal (I even even set up an extender right next to the tv). Sooo, if you’re not irritated by a blinking “signal offline” light (right on the tv itself), and your fine having to constantly reconnect it to your internet...then this is the tv for you!

There are options available to adjust the picture and audio settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet.     Didn't even last a year.

    Things were going great when I purchased this back in March 2020. Delivery was good etc. Now 2/20/21 the TV is stuck in a recovery mode loop. I just called TCL because I know my warranty has not expired. I did nothing wrong with the TV, no power surges.

    I purchased this item less than 3 years ago and the picture display suddenly went black. I have tried all of the troubleshooting I could find online. Very disappointed.

    Horrible. The picture is not sharp. Almost every time it’s turned on, does not connect to cable, and have to restart. Only had 4 months, and not allowed to return. Was only 275 dollars. You get what you pay for. I would not buy again

    I got this TV and thought it was great value. 16 days in, a bar with distorted color/pixels (1" wide) appeared at the top. The TV also kept crashing and freezing. Was told the warranty was only 14 days. Waste of $300.

    The TV sound stop working after a year. Don't buy it!!! Also don't buy a geek squad basic protection plan. They don't honor their commitments and leave you on hold for thirty to forty minutes and never answered the call.

    It was broke out the box and went into store to exchange couple days later and they wouldn’t exchange it so never got any use out of it.
