Great second TV to own. Smart TV is great! Great picture!

I bought this one sale, and for the price it's a great TV, IF you can get one that works right. Mine went to a black screen 2-3 times in the 3 or so weeks I had it before I returned it. I had to unplug the TV and plug it back in in order for the TV to turn back on and display an image from either the built in Roku or any of the other devices plugged into it. It also had some weird audio glitches/pops that were loud and scared our pets whenever you would switch inputs on the TV or even if you were watching antenna TV and the signal stopped and started for a minute. Based on my experiences I have to say to try and spring for the slightly more expensive LG 7300 series TVs, or move up to a TCL 6 series or the Vizio M series (what I bought as a replacement).

This is my first 4k and loving it, easy to setup and enjoy right away the change from 1080p

Have been want to go with a smart TV for a while now, mainly to eliminate the need for over priced dish and cable. Easy set up and the TV walks you though most all installations. I especially like the headphone option so I can watch programs and not disturb the wife. Will be getting the sound bar and sub woofer next.

Love it. No it's not going to compete with an OLED tv for black blacks but it's also not in a media room with controled lighting. Also it has an ethernet port... no occasional wireless problems like my last tv. Roku's stupid simple...

Purchasing the TCL TV went great. Dom and Chris, the general manager were nice to work with. However I need help. I want to connect my windows 10 laptop and nobody at the store seems to know how to help. I have followed instructions to the T. I can connect my husband's android but not my laptop. Very unhappy about that but the TV has a great picture and is good in every other way.

I’ve had the TV now for about two weeks and it has worked very well. Super simple to use and I needed something that I can use for strictly streaming since I cut the cord. I love Roku and this TV works fantastically with it. So far absolutely no complaints

Great picture, good value and also comes with Roku

TV has performed well. I seem to have won the "panel lottery" because the gray uniformity on my set is pretty good, no dark spots. I love the Roku TV platform, every smart app is quick and responsive. The TV did have one strange quirk, where it would turn itself on in the middle of the night. After doing a system reset, though, it has not occurred since then. Would recommend!

For the money, the picture is very sharp. You you almost get the picture quality of the 6 series but at a much better price point. Having the built-in Roku means we don't have to continue to use the Xfinity We now just use the Xfinity app in Roku.

This TV replaced a 1 year & 1 month old Samsung Series 7 that had backlit failure and Samsung said I was 1 month out of warranty. Could not be happier with purchase. Great picture and features. Easily connected to my sound bar and blu-ray player. Will always buy TCL in future TV purchases.

This is our third TCL, and we are obviously happy with the performance and quality of these televisions. We've owned quite a few of the more expensive TVs over the years, but wanted the ease of having built in Roku. These televisions have a very good picture and perform well. No complaints.

I already had a Roku account and to my surprise it told me to set up a account or sign in. I signed in and everything came together. My lists, favorites and saved programming was there. Perfect size screen for my room. Good TV at a good price. I highly recommend this TV and BESTBUY stores.
