Very nice TV. Met expectations. Not even a little haunted or sentient. Didn’t open a portal to an alternate dimension or open a communication channel to extraterrestrials or the spirit world. Basically 100% better than my last TV. Would recommend.

I never buy TCL I always look for Samsung products but after this buy. I will be buying TCL and for sure recommend it. Great quality clear no issues. The movies and shows I watch it feels so real. I feel TCL is better then Samsung TV.

My original apprehension about purchasing a smart TV was because of the remote not being able to punch-in the numbers for over the air channels. But I can fairly easily get the over the air channels with a couple of clicks. And the picture is pretty good.

Easy smart tv setup and the picture quality is good

The size is great, but it’s a bit big for our tiny place. The Roku interface is pretty easy to use, but slightly annoying that there’s no faster way to type the things you’re searching for. Getting a 4K monitor for this price keeps it at a 5 rating.

Its an awesome tv for the price but it does have minor issues. The screen tears when playing certain games. But i think that may be more of my HDMI issues. The tv looks great when streaming and watching movies off of my xbox one x.

This TV is great! It has all the features and connections you need and a great picture. The next model up uses a lot more energy to run and costs a lot more. You won't be disappointed with this one if you want to save more than a few bucks.

The value of this TV can't be overstated. The Roku interface works great and is as fast if not faster than a fire stick. The picture is great for the price and a cheap sound bar makes this seem like a much more expensive set.

Very impressed with the quality coming from a 10 year old $600 panasonic LCD. Saw a lot of criticism on the quality compared to the six series but I think it looks incredible. Had it for a year now with no issues.

This is the second TCL television I have purchased and the picture quality on the 5 series is so much better than the 4 series. This is by far the best picture quality on any tv I have. Best bang for your buck.

I read reviews about the TCL TV's and discovered that for under $500 these were the best reviewed. Best Buy had an additional discount on top of the sale price. I took a leap of faith and bought it. So far so good. Great picture. Love the Roku app built into the TV. Happy with purchase.

Purchased the TV as a temporary replacement till I could get my Sharp TV fixed! Was very surprised at the quality of the picture in a TV at this price! Looks like my grandkids will be getting my Sharp TV instead of this one!

This is a great mid-grade TV that won't break the bank. I've had two generations of TCL's and I absolutely love them. The Roku navigation is excellent, the picture quality is excellent (for the price), and the sound is good!

This is one of the easiest and fastest TV’s to set up. The fast power on feature is on point. It processes so much smoother and faster than my previous Vizio smart TV. The Free Best Buy Home Delivery was fast, easy, and a relief.

This tv I bought because I got a ps4 pro and wanted to utilize the 4k options available the picture on the tv is amazing quality it's almost like the people are with me in the room i highly reccomend this tv especially for the price

No complaints TV looks and works fantastic. You do have to turn on the game mode and the hdr in the settings. But after that is good to go! Use this just as my gaming TV and I love it. No bad lag or motion blurr.

Bought this HDTV based on the reviews and the reviews are correct.... Only problem we have is the Comcast/Xfinity remote will only turn the HDTV on and off. I have to call TCL to get this corrected. Otherwise, a great buy

Our old tv 'died' at the beginning of quarantine. After a bit of research we choose TCL due to the reviews. This tv has a great picture. Really, nothing to complain about at all. Great buy at Best Buy!

Surprised!!!! I was watching some movies from the 80s and 90s and they looked amazing compared to my other regular HD television....

Just got this before Black Friday and paid more for it before it was on sale. It was still worth it. Very easy to set up and works great with my existing subscriptions. Can’t wait to see how my ps4 pro works with the 4K.
