I am a believer in TCL TV because quality ,price , picture for the price is great buy for the money , it is 4k also....so far no issue with in ,even with wifi set up was fast and easy to do

If you are looking for a Smart TV that has access to cable streaming services, premium streaming services, and much more this is the TV. It has great picture quality and sound. No additional equipment needed to enjoy streaming content.

These are great for overall use. I have two 55" and one 43". All used for streaming TV and antenna use when watching tv. One is used for gaming and is very good for that as well. We watch a lot of movies, football, hockey, and basketball, in which all are above average for motion. I can not complain about these at all. I do recommend series 5 or better for all uses. I also chose these because of the Roku TV operating system already built in. My family was already used to this operating system from our stand alone Roku devices, so it made it easy for them. This is a simple operating system and the menu is very easy to navigate and set up was a breeze.

Simple Roku TV and the 4K picture is really good considering the price. I have other higher end TVs and this one does not show major difference in picture quality vs them.

Great TV for a great price! Used as a secondary tv so differentiating interests can watch different shows! To be honest, the picture quality impresses me the most!

Good value TV for bedroom. Easy to use and ROKU functions fine. Only gripe, probably more of a ROKU issue is that it seems to log us out of certain channels occasionally. Probably bc we don't watch very often.

I really like this TV, and for the price it is hard to beat. Wasn't happy with the picture out of the box, so I went online and found optimum setting for the TV and now it is great.

Love this brand! The TVs are always clear and crisp. Service as usual was excellent in Garner! We weren’t sure if the tv was gonna fit in our car, but they made it work!

You absolutely can't go wrong buying this amazing tv. The size is perfect, the picture is awesome, and Roku is the best way to stream. Thank you for such a great product.

For the price, you can't really beat this. I feel like TCL is really a brand a lot of people either don't know of or don't trust. The TV is great and was a huge upgrade over the 1080 TV I had in my bedroom.

No complaints at all. Looks expensive, sleek. Works perfectly as described, picture of great, absolutely pleased!!

Bought online, open box. Wanted the 5 series w/ Roku, only tv's available were open box, period. When I paid for it, was told it was returnable until 1/16/2021. Condition listed, that I paid for, was not accurate. When I went to pick up my tv, it had no box and was wrapped in bubble wrap. Then I was told, no remote or feet for the tv were included either. Great. Of course Best Buy did not have the remote I needed in stock, so I did not even get the chance to plug it in and turn it on at the store. I did get the adjustment for description error. Did not use the tv until the replacement remote arrived from Amazon. That took a week. So now I have been using the tv around three weeks, and for some reason, the tv will go mute. Flip the channel and you have sound again. When I looked into returning the tv, some how, it is no longer returnable. How did it change, from being returnable until 1/16/2021 when I made the purchase, to be now, non-returnable, 12/19/2020. Feel like I was played by Best Buy The ONLY reason I rated this as fair, is that the tv is nice, it replaced a 2015 Vizio, and the new technology is impressive. Overall, not happy with how Best Buy changed the rules in the middle of the game, especially with an open box item. I had no way of knowing if it would even work until the remote arrived.

Very easy to set up and use. You should know that Ruku only allows so many devices though. We have 12 TVs with 10 of them on Ruku. We had to upgrade the subscription again.

So far, so good. Crisp picture and plenty of features included. I do have to turn the TV up to 20 to hear it well. I probably am just not used to that volume setting.

A denfinte must have!..I bought it as an open box product but it is in excellent condition and the clarity and colors are amazing!

At first, this device would show the menu on startup and wouldn't immediately find my streaming device but I had sorted that out by turning off the main menu and Roku features. I think with that and a few updates had made this TV exceptional. It really is a wonderful TV. I actually returned an LG that I had loved but found the screen to be too dark. This TV, however, is not too dark. Bright and vibrant screen. I wish it did screen sharing faster with my LG phone but it seems the two devices speak a different protocol. The TV works well with other devices.

I was planning to buy series 6 but wasn't available, so this series 5 was a great purchase for the price. Image is very clear and viewing angle is very good

Beautiful picture. Sound bar we purchased sound great! Still learning everything about it, but will definitely be getting rid of cable. This tv has everything we need!
