But the love soon went away. Shortly after buying this. Started to have a real problem. I would turn the TV on. The red screen would load. Then cut to live TV. But then freeze all time. TV flickers a few times but just stays on a red screen. Have to unplug and plug it back in. But I was like well good thing I purchased this from best buy. That a joke in it self. No help call manufactured they tell me. At this point tv less then two months old. Call tcl no luck. Can't reach anyone. So I send email no help. Avoid best buy for tvs. They could care less to help you. Now I'm looking for a new TV this issue is getting worse.
