    Wireless Internet completely broken ~ 3 months old

    Common issue if you google it. Issue with TCL which they have not addressed with this TV or others. TV's just stop working on wireless. Period. To be sure this is not a problem with my home internet because the TV will not pick up ANY wireless signal. What a piece of trash and waste of money.

    I was promised free delivery but later got a call after I had purchased saying they didn't know when that would be. I had to go back to the store and pick up the one they had in stock. Said free delivery came from somewhere else. Very inconvenienced!

    First few days the TV was amazing. But now half the time I get a a nice clear picture and the other half the time it buffers in and out. Also the the audio never syncs up with what im watching even when it's in game mode.

    Picture looked for the 30 min that it worked for. After setting up the tv and having it on for 30 min the pic went blurry and had a red vertical line down the right hand side of the screen. I did like the roku system

    Delivery of TV went great and was on time. The TV itself was fine for the first couple of weeks. Started getting lines through the screen already. Good thing I got the geek squad protection or I'd have to deal with TCL.

    OMG. We had to replace our Samsung which was not all that old, because it would turn off and on repeatedly at random times. After reading reviews, I decided to purchase a 55 inch 5 series TCL, I would have gone with Sony but I really wanted ROKU. We were quite happy with it, FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK! Now it freezes and turns off and on repeatedly most of the time, and the remote and user have no control. It's going back and I'm regretting my decision and purchase.

    The screen blacks out too many times. The sound will still be on and whatever is on the tv continues playing but the screen just turns black.

    Picture looks great, But having a lot of problems with the volume. It works good with the Roku but it’s too low with the regular TV.
