This TV has a great picture, with dark blacks and bright colors. It's one of the best TVs in this price range for PS5, with a variable refresh rate and great local dimming.

Upgraded from the 2020 6 series and there is a clear improvement of picture quality. It’s not a perfect TV, the GoogleTV software is slow, glitchy, and a bit frustrating when in settings. Roku is the better OS, but the 2121 model has the better picture. Thankfully, I can just use my Series X for content streaming so I don’t have to deal with the OS that much. Also had issues connecting my older vizio soundbar using the optical cable. It would only recognize the speaker a fraction of the time. Still waiting for newer soundbar to be shipped so can’t comment on earc connection. The TV volume itself is pretty good. At first I thought the audio was coming from my older soundbar before I realized the issues with it. Highly recommend as long as you have a second device to use streaming from. Hopefully updates will improve the googleTV experience.

Better than expected! Yes it's not an OLED but it's definitely a true 4K TV that the average joe will be super happy with. Plays games great and looks amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Nice price, Great picture for movies and shows. I bought this because I needed a 120hz tv for gaming and it doesn't disappoint.

Excellent television for a bright room. Tv doesn't disappoint during the brightest part of the day with lots of light from several large windows in the room and looks amazing at nighttime. Sound is about a 6.5 out of 10, is loud and clear and can be used without a sound bar. Google is responsive and loads things quickly and was very easy to setup. Only negative I have had is using the Tv with an eARC supported head unit. Volume will lag while turning up or down and then change very quickly to very high or very low. Must adjust slowly with 1 click and a pause for a second before going more.

Amazing so far! Picture is beautiful and the 120hz is very smooth. I bought this tv primarily for gaming on my Xbox Series S (specifically to play the new Witcher 3 update), and it is amazing. It takes a bit to get it calibrated but rtings.com has a lot of settings suggestions. The black levels are very nice, looks similar to most OLEDs I’ve seen. The Google interface is nice as well, I was unsure as I have been a Roku user up until now, but I like this much better.

For the cost, color and clarity of TLC they cant be beat. Often people buy more expensive TV's you can not beat TLC for their outstanding picture. Highly recommended.

Tough competitor for OLEDS for a very good price. Feel the black. At times glitchy.

I believe this the best budget option for anyone not looking to splurge on an OLED. Other than your fairshare of Google TV software issues that TCL works on fixing constantly, this TV has as great of blacks you can get without going to an OLED. And it has better brightness than many OLED TV's. I would go watch some youtube videos that show the performance of this TV (most are positive). In addition to that it works great on next gen consoles and offers 120hz performance on them! If I were to choose any "budget" TV other than an OLED, this would be my go-to. The only reason it goes down to a 4 is because of the software issues but if you're going to use a firestick, apple tv, etc. than you should have no issues.

TV has great picture quality for the price. Bought it as a gaming screen for my son. Refresh rate seems to be good.

Amazing TV! It has all the features of an LG but for a fraction of the price. The local dimming features on top of dolby vision gives you a great viewing experience and really nice hdr contrast. So far I havent had any problems with the software, but the only thing I would say its missing is a blue light filter. Its much brighter than its conpetitiors so the brights can be a little harsh in the dark

Great tv, has great picture quality and very good for gaming
