Its a really good for the price and features that it comes with. Its glitches here and there and we had to exchange it once and this new one glitches here and there still but its a decent purchase

PROS: Replaced my 2019 TCL 6 Series r625 and this is quite a jump in picture quality - so bright and colorful! Easily one of the best TVs I've ever owned and that's saying a lot because I have a larger 65" Samsung QN90A in the game room and couldn't believe comparable image quality of this TCL! Yes, my kids complain the Samsung has better/more gaming features but for watching Netflix and blu ray movies in my bedroom, this TV is simply perfect. Highly recommended. CONS: Initially buggy apps but recent firmware updates have made things better. I still rather just plug in my Apple TV.

Got it on sale so im enjoying it but i would say make sure you set up settings for gaming and for tv besides that very nice easy wi fi set up

I've only had it for a few weeks. The picture is great. The setup was easy. I had a ROKU before so it has taken a while to get used to and learn the Google processes. Over all for the price,$399 for a 55", it is a very good TV.

This TV is incredible. I would strong recommend purchasing this. For the quality you're getting it's easily worth $1k. I will be honest and state that the OS is a bit buggy, but a quick reset every now and again is well worth the price tag. This TV upscales my Switch flawlessly. It does a great job with HDR on Netflix. If you don't believe me go watch the newest season of You or The Money Heist. It handles sports crisply and smooth like butter. I am overly impressed with sports as I am a huge critic when it comes to watching and seeing choppy movement. Hockey is one of the fastest sports to watch on a TV and this TV does a phenomenal job keeping up. 100% would recommend

This tv is perfect. For a budget tv it’s amazing for tv and supports hdmi 2.1. It also supports Dolby Vision/Atmos for movies, it also has HDR and HDR10 for gaming. It also supports VRR for PS5 and Xbox Series X.

This has great picture quality and brightness. Sound is decent but will be buying a soundbar to go with it. Not sure how this would compare with the next model down but the price was good enough for me.

You’d be hard pressed to find another qled, 120hz refresh rate tv at this price point. Ps5 looks fantastic and I’m happy with the refresh rate to have a little future proofing. Best Buy delivery was easy to set up.

Great TV for s great price! It's bright, color accurate with some tweaking out of the box, and has Google TV which is great! It is much heavier than the newer Q series TVs so make sure you have a good wall mount.

I walked into best buy to get a cheaper tv. After looking at the picture I knew spending another 100 bucks to get this tv will be worth it. The smart tv works great and looks great .No problems setting it up.

TV is pretty good. Got it for a good price as it's 2 years old now. Motion takes a little getting used to. Very bright. Hdr looks OK.

TCL TVs in general are great values, and it's definately worth going to the 6 series if you can swing it The colors and particularly the depth of the picture is top notch Bonus was the sound when connected to stereo system jumped up dramatically from the former 4 series that was replaced

It’s a great tv buuut, sometimes it goes black in the middle of watching so I have to unplug it from the power cord. Also volume is low at times so sound bar comes in clutch.

Great budget 120hz TV. I’m an occasional gamer with my PS5 and was amazed at how it picked up the refresh rate. If you need help with calibration Reddit is the place to go to get the max out of this unit.

Amazing TV for the picture the software isn’t great. I use Apple TV, so the software doesn’t bother me.

The picture is great for most movies and games. I do notice some blooming and the backlight flashing between the borders of the screen in some content though. The Google operating system isn't the best but I was able to get my TV to stop having so many problems with it. What I did was went to settings; apps; special app access; energy optimization, and turned off the energy optimization for all streaming services and some others. Haven't had a problem since!
