Great TV. Upraded from a. Regular LED back lit. Picture is beautiful, blacks are so much better than what I use use to. I was amazed with the sound it's actually pretty decent and not tinny. Love the Google integration as well.

It’s a great tv buuut, sometimes it goes black in the middle of watching so I have to unplug it from the power cord. Also volume is low at times so sound bar comes in clutch.

At first, I was unsure about the purchase of this TV after reading some of the reviews of this product. But I can now say that this TV is fantastic. After 2 months of use I have had zero issues, the picture is great and no bugs.

This TV is a High Value purchase. The picture is stunning! I purchased this model after watching the 2020 Series 6 model for many months. I went with this one because it has Google TV which for me offers more streaming sites than the ROKU model, namely HBO Max. The operating system works quickly and is very responsive. I also have an Android Sony Bravia and this system responds faster than the Sony system. I have had one occasion where I had to reboot the TV because the system froze, but I don't think that is a major problem. Excellent picture, good sound wo a sound bar, android operating system - all at an affordable price. Well done TCL!

I went threw 5 tv before I settled with this one it has amazing picture quality and even quality build frame your wont be disappointed with this tv like all tv play with the picture setting an you be amazed for the price.

Great tv. Picture looks great. Colors really pop. Gaming on PS5 and Xbox Series X is great. The 2 HDMI 2.1 ports allowing 4k at 120hz really sold me on this tv and it's been great.

I went to the store with the intentions of buying a Samsung, Sony, or LG tv because my Sharp Roku tv died after 4 years. However after comparing specs and looking at the TVs I found that this TCL was the best without comparison. It’s refresh rate was great for gaming the picture quality is just as good as other brands and the sale price made it an obvious choice. The only thing I would like to see changed is the remote is a bit smaller for my liking. Other than that it is a great TV!

Love almost everything about this tv. Prefer Roku over Google OS. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5.

Amazing TV for it's price, mainly bought it for the ability of fast refresh rate and free sync both of which works just fine. Mainly use it to play games hooked up to the computer or switch.

T.V. was delivered fast and undamaged. I love the picture on this. So vibrant and smooth. Its almost too good takes getting used to if upgrading from older t.v.

Wonderful image quality with great contrast; deep, dark blacks and brilliant whites. Surprisingly capable internal speakers, too.

The sound is great the size is perfect and most of all it looks great where it is sitting at in our house. Change of brand and it is going great so far

Great tv for a great price. Using it in the man cave for sports and movies. Nice size and fits nicely with the Best Buy tv mount for the corner of the room.

I got unlucky and got a defective one. I hooked my ps5 to it and for the 2-3 min the screen stayed on, the picture looked beautiful. After that, my tv would make crackling pop noises and my screen would turn black for a few seconds and shuts down. I tried using the streaming apps also and they would last about 5-10 min before the tv restarts itself. I spent a whole day reading forums trying to troubleshoot the problem and nothing worked. I tried everything from turning certain features on/off, factory reset/hard reset, to using a different power cord. The only thing i can think of is a bad power supply. Still deciding if i want to exchange for another one or just get a refund. Seems like quality control is a big issue and I don't want to go through this problem again. Also, I ordered this tv online for delivery and it seems best buy doesn't do return shipping for 55 inch or smaller tvs. I have a small 2 door coupe...now i have to bother someone to help me bring it back to a store.

I got this TV on a Black Fiday deal. At $399 I couldn't pass it up. It has all the features and the blacks levels are incredible. TCL is sneaky good!

We bought this TV for our office area. It's great quality for a low price. Very easy to set up on our own, good picture quality. Great value.
