I originally purchased the Samsung Q60A. After having issues with black uniformity on both units (an issue I learned is almost expected with them), I decided to take a gamble on this TCL. This is honestly the best TV I've ever owned and is a wonderful unit at it's price. Blacks are uniform and truly pitch black. Colors were great for us out of the box, but obviously, a lot of that is personal preference. This is the closest you'll get to an OLED without paying the prices. Software had been decently buggy out of the box, however, has greatly improved with several software updates over time. We have a Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X all connected to it with no problems on any input.

Don’t want to go for a low end but don’t have a lot of money for high end? This is the TV for you. It has actual 120hz display and not the fake 120hz. 120hz mode works for PS5

Beautiful TV. Took a star off though because viewing it from the side washes out the picture.

Great picture quality, and excellent sound quality. I got the TV for 400$ before tax, and I think it's an excellent value for the TV. It's a google TV so that's a big positive.

Overall the TV looks great... I use it for a few different things: • As a work monitor with my Mac Pro for art & design & it works great. Although viewing angle colors vary. • Games with Xbox Series X & Playstation 5. 4K & the 120Hz work perfectly for these games. The Google OS on the other hand is really bad. It isn't intuitive as compared to the Roku OS Version of the same tv. The Roku OS version: • Flows smoothly in every aspect • Auto-detects devices perfectly & even gives you a small video preview of what the input source is. • Apps are consistent throughout. Issues I have had with this Google OS tv: • Backs out of or changes the input source randomly • Random Pop up advertisements upon start-up! • Pixel flickering at start up (looks like pixie dust) A simple restart each time it happens remedies this issue • System updates while I was in the middle of using it • Visual adjustments are a little too basic. A more advanced way to fix settings would be great. • Slight shadow at the outermost edge of the monitor on all sides. I wanted the Roku version of this exact TV initially & almost bought it but it went out of stock. That is the reason for me having to buy this Google version. I missed the return window by a few days so I am stuck with it. Then the Roku version came back in stock... Magically... With all that said, If you want a TCL Class 6 TV, get the Roku version...

Great TV. Upraded from a. Regular LED back lit. Picture is beautiful, blacks are so much better than what I use use to. I was amazed with the sound it's actually pretty decent and not tinny. Love the Google integration as well.

Love almost everything about this tv. Prefer Roku over Google OS. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5.

After a ton of research I purchased the 55” with pretty high hopes (a month too soon considering the $250 price drop but that’s besides the point). First I’ll say it’s excellent for gaming (PS5), which was a big factor for me so that’s a huge plus. Without getting into all the specifics, the OS is just a buggy mess. I’m usually pretty tolerant of that stuff so it’s saying something that I’m bothering to complain publicly. Maybe that’s Google’s fault rather than TCL’s but playing the blame game doesn’t help me any. Aside from the bugs there’s a ton of calibration settings, which would be nice but I can’t find any information anywhere on how to use them optimally (or at all in some cases). I’d take a shot with the iPQ app if I had access to it but from what I’ve read that’s only an option on certain Androids and I only have iPhones. I knew a GoogleTV would obviously cater to Android users but didn’t expect they’d lock me out of my best chance of decent calibration (unless I’m somehow misunderstanding this but again, there’s a severe lack of information available on this tv. I purchased it thinking it was going to be pretty popular and well covered online or at least better explained by TCL). Sound quality is also not great and pretty inconsistent at times but I half expected that and planned on sound bar shopping anyways. All that being said, at the current sale price it might be worth the aggravation but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend paying $1k for it in it’s current state.

T.V. was delivered fast and undamaged. I love the picture on this. So vibrant and smooth. Its almost too good takes getting used to if upgrading from older t.v.

At first, I was unsure about the purchase of this TV after reading some of the reviews of this product. But I can now say that this TV is fantastic. After 2 months of use I have had zero issues, the picture is great and no bugs.

The sound is great the size is perfect and most of all it looks great where it is sitting at in our house. Change of brand and it is going great so far

We bought this TV for our office area. It's great quality for a low price. Very easy to set up on our own, good picture quality. Great value.

Amazing TV for it's price, mainly bought it for the ability of fast refresh rate and free sync both of which works just fine. Mainly use it to play games hooked up to the computer or switch.

I got this TV on a Black Fiday deal. At $399 I couldn't pass it up. It has all the features and the blacks levels are incredible. TCL is sneaky good!

Great tv for a great price. Using it in the man cave for sports and movies. Nice size and fits nicely with the Best Buy tv mount for the corner of the room.

I went threw 5 tv before I settled with this one it has amazing picture quality and even quality build frame your wont be disappointed with this tv like all tv play with the picture setting an you be amazed for the price.
