Just what I needed

I was surprised how good the built in speaker sounds and how loud it can get. The picture quality is better than the last three tv's I bought combined. I bought this TV for gaming and it suits that need perfectly. The rest is a bonus.

Also the TCL Google TV 55 inch that I own has no bugs the only complaint I have it took like 30mins to set up tv itself I so frustrated I almost gave up and returned it. But after set up tv is on par with my qn90A 100% and I'm a Samsung lover

Random Black Screens / No Response from Remote

My issue is with the random black screens when your watching something through a app. No response from the remote. You have to unplug and reset the TV. I was waiting for an update to address this but this has been going on not just for myself but others I found in various forums. That's where found the work around to unplug the tv. I have a few more days before my return window closes. I had high hopes for this set and it's 120hz refresh rate. Some said pairing it with Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, or Chromecast TV is a resolution. I have them all and don't feel like I need to use them. So new purchasers keep your box. You may get lucky like some that don't have this issue. But there are are few that do. Mine is one of them.

Exactly what I wanted.

The menu and settings are a little difficult to navigate, and the "Google TV" built in smart features could be better, but for the price it was the best option out there.

Unbelievable value for the money

My brother had got a 6-Series TCL two years ago that I was very impressed with and got this one because of that. HDMI 2.1, very bright, 120hz panel, Google TV is lightyears better than Vizio SmartCast and got it for CHEAP during Black Friday.
