Very Decent for the price. Punches above it's class!

This tv has great picture. A little quirky in the setup but I got through it. Lost configuration once so far and had to start over from scratch.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing 99% as good as my OLED. The Google TV operating system is easy to use but it lacks support for Dolby Atmos so I still have to use my Fire tv stick.

Had this tv delivered to my door and it came in great condition. Overall very pleased with it, the colors are great and black get very deep. The UI issues that orginally came with this TV are mostly gone, although apps force quit unexpectedly on occasion still.

Picked up a week before black friday, a great deal for the tv and what you get. Setup was simple enough. Audio gets passed though to my ancient surround system and still works great. Xbox looks amazing now and 4k movies and blurays are amazing. Quite the step up from our old hd tv.

Wanted to upgrade my old samsung tv of 7 years after cross country move damaged it a bit. Didnt want to break the bank for a TV, just something reasonable. This was a major upgrade that didnt hurt the wallet. Good for a bright room and had surprisingly good sound for a tv.

Sound doesnt work sometimes when i turn on the tv. Have to restart it to make it work. Had it for about 6 months

Bought for my home office. Didnt need a lot of hells and whistles but wanted great picture quality and a nice design. Debated between this and the x90j but the sony build quality felt like plastic and cheap. This is tcl nicest led of 2021 and it looks the part. Beautiful design.

I am very happy with the picture quality but the sound is the worst. The remote control is cheap for the cost of the tv

I bought this TV in January 2022, when they supposedly fixed the software issues with the TV. In the 2 months I've owned it, I usually have to hard reboot it (unplug it) at least twice a week. This past week, it's been about 3 times a day. I'm going to ditch using the Google TV that's built in and try using a standalone Google TV device. Oh and the picture quality looks good, but you need a functioning set to make that matter.

Good: Picture and features, plus gaming 5 out of 5 for the hardware and future proof this TV is... Bad: Google OS, it doesn't remember ur settings. It will put on whatever it wants an is genuinely hard to work with and glitchy. I have simply used my Xbox for all my apps an haven't had an issue. Picture quality and hardware are great... Software, terrible. An only gave brightness 4 stars. Cause yes it can be very bright. But it looks very washed out. You can tweak it. But out the box, very washed. Look at utube an they have settings that'll help

I initially had My Doubts , and at one point was leaning towards LG, however this Tv not only has Far Exceeded My Expectations, but I’ve also gotten another for The Living Room Aswell…Everything, including Gaming looks absolutely Stunning on TCL…!!

The TV works pretty well. I'm unable to access the high refresh rate. I'm not sure what's going on there. The audio quality from the TV itself is nice and loud. I do wish the menu system was easier to navigate. I use it primarily as a monitor. It seems to want to always default into the Android operating system. This is frustrating. There isn't a fast way to change inputs at all. It's super clunky. It would be awesome if the The have a dedicated button for this like most TVs do..

Worst television i have ever purchased. It freezes all the time. Resets itself constantly. Just recent it woke me up from a dead sleep and was boot cycling on without a input. I contacted geek squad and they were usless. Tcl was even worse tech support was null. I ended up scouring the web to find to original software and got it working myself. I am very disappointed in the geek squad and the manufacturer.

I absolutely love this TV! It is an incredible picture especially for the money. Watching sports on this is awesome, especially if its broadcast in 4k. If you want an amazing picture and don't want to spend well on a $1000 give the tcl 6 series a chance.

Excellent picture quality, but subpar quality control. Honestly I didn’t even encounter any of the issues with the OS that many people did, and that was without updating anything, since I couldn’t as you’ll see below. Everything looked great on screen but the networking chip in the TV was shot from when I opened the box so it couldn’t connect to wifi, Bluetooth, or even tell me it’s MAC address. I would have liked to keep it but couldn’t in that condition. But for the price I think it’s definitely worth a shot.

After surviving off of a 720p 31" television for countless days, the glorious 2160p gods smiled upon me and gifted me this magnificient specimen. It's built-in speakers are mediocre, but I had no intentions of using them to begin with.

Out of the box took a while to update and get everything going.. Had some issues on the setup called tcl they walked me through a step by step process and I was good to go.. The TV itself looks very good picture quality is very good for the price.

Very good tv so far, I’ve had it for about 4-5 months and have only one complaint. The setting for switching hdmi types to actually use the 4K 120hz is hard to find, but it works perfectly with low latency once setup correctly.

I'm blown away by how good this TV is for the price. Good luck finding another 4k 120hz 55" QLED, low latency TV for anywhere close to this price. I simply could not be happier. TCL's reputation is seriously well deserved.
