When it works it’s a really fantastic TV. Great picture, good specs, and good value. The problem is that the software is a buggy mess. I have found myself frequently restarting the TV whether it’s through the interface or by having to pull the power plug. I really want to like this TV but I’m probably going to return it soon.

Disappointing.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I wouldve waited a little longe to get this TV, ive had it for a few weeks and its pretty disappointing, the first issue was that apps wouldn't work and the screen went black without any response in HOURS, Ive had to unplug the tv many times, currently the wifi just disconnects itself and wont stay on unless you unplug the tv. Good picture but very disappointing overall. Unless a update fixes this, save your money.

All the ads and new movies and shows it suggest slows the TV down. The settings are bare and don’t have a lot to work with. Regret getting this TV spend the money and get a LG OLED
