    This TV is not user friendly. I’m having trouble with the HDMI input #1. No instructions as to use of the remote come with it. The color is great.

    For the price and size the quality of this TV is amazing. Movies and shows look great on this tv and you can't go wrong with this TV!! Strongly recommend if need a good quality TV!

    I had an issue with the 1st TV was a defect. Called and was able to get an exchange without having to leave my house. Excellent customer service. Love the TV great quality and good sound!

    Great 65 inch TV for the price. TCL is a great company and im very pleased. Amazing picture and the sound is great even without a soundbar. If you're looking for a great budget 4K TV this is the TV for you

    I am impressed with the picture quality of this TV—especially considering the lower cost than many other Q-style TVs (each manufacturer uses its own made-up set of letters)—and the Google TV OS user interface gets my approval. However, I couldn't get this TV to function properly in my setup. This TV supports Dolby Vision, the latest 4K video format. It also does HDMI ARC for audio output to an external soundbar or surround system, including one that supports Dolby Atmos. These are the two technologies that I want to use to get the most out of a modern TV. And they both work fine, except apparently not at the same time. If I play a 4K HDR video, the sound cuts out for a brief moment every 20 seconds or so. There's no problem if I play through the built-in speakers, but it's like the processor in the TV can't keep up with outputting the sound through HDMI-ARC. I also tried an external Apple TV, and here the audio hiccup only happens once every few minutes, but it still happens. It is super annoying to have the sound glitch on a regular basis—it's a constant reminder that it's not working right. Alternatively, I can get great-sounding audio through my surround system if I switch the video to SDR or 1080p, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a high quality display.

    I love this TV! I have only own Vizio’s and this brand showed me different. The picture is clear and beautiful. It easily hooks up to the sound bar. I have no issues. I will buy this brand again!

    What a fantastic TV for $500! This replaced a 20 year old 50 inch plasma TV and the difference is like night and day. With the built-in Google smart TV, I got rid of the Roku stick also.
