    The TV is great and exceeds all my expectations. Online assistant was very helpful in assisting me with questions, and helping me compare TVs and make the correct choice for my needs. Service at store was quick and easy during pickup. The price of the TV dropped in between the time of purchase and the time of pickup, so another online assistant credited the difference back to my account. The Entire experience was a five star experience. Who would t want to do business with company like Best Buy.

    My best deal so far in last 2 years. Waited for a month to get this one after a through research and I couldn’t get this deal other places. Best buy always comes up with best offers. Thanks again for this amazing product I would highly recommend anyone to just go with TCL smart tv.

    Purchased this tv to replace a 12 year old plasma, and man is it worth every penny. have only had it for 2 weeks but the picture quality is very nice, especially with HDR and Dolby vision. The ps5 gameplay is super smooth with the game mode and google integration is nice since I have multiple google home products. I have a Samsung 4k LED tv as well that I bought last year and the tcl blows it out of the water (yes im aware this one is QLED), but the software is also much smoother.
