    Display is great and clarity is amazing. TCL wasnt on my radar but after viewing it in store I was sold. I went in for a samsung or LG but this TCL was the winner.

    Good tv and it works well. Picture quality is good. Just wish the color saturation was a little better. However you cant beat the quality for the price.

    This TCL QLED tv has good picture quality but the software is pretty slow. Moving between applications was definitely a hassle.

  • TV is Great, Best Buy is not. Do not buy open box

    So lets start off with a bought an open box item. Dont do this, too many things went wrong to list here and the store did not call me back as promised. I gave them two days never happened. No power cord, no remote no stand. When i bought this in person none of this was told to me. I later found this info on the receipt so they knew but did not tell me. Power cord was a surprise but the box they shipped it in was falling apart. The delivery guys were gentle but this box was open on two ends so the power cord may have fell out. Remotes, stands and power cords are cheap so no real worries but I would have went and bought them while I waited the 12 days for delivery. I had no way to test the tv on arrival because I did not have the power cord let alone it was sent to me in store mode so without a remote you could not do anthing anyways. Called customer support and that was a disaster as the they really cant help you just set up a call back with the store. All I wanted was to ask about the power cord and the type. I called TLC and within 5 minutes I had my answer. I was on the phone with best buy for over 35min and got no where. From now on I am just going to buy on Amazon as suggested, way less hassel and you get it in 2 days.

    TV was great but as usual the staff sucked. 20 people standing around and I stood in the pick up line by myself for like 15 mins.

    Tv looks very well. GOOGLE TV SUCKS... I have Roku Box to 4k thank goodness. Google TV does not have a spectrum app even samsung has that.
