    The picture quality and color was poor compared to how to the display looked. I didn't realize the loop would change the quality. I bought this tv based on the display. I'm so disappointed in the tv. I thought the QLED picture would be very good. It wasn.t. The sales reps should explain how the picture will not be the same as the display. That's almost like false advertising. That.s why I had to break down and buy an LG tv costing me a lot more money I didn't want to spend.

    Poor picture quality, the tv switches you out of apps to the Home Screen out of nowhere, and a very sluggish remote.

    The TV works fine, BUT we bought it to use with PowerPoint, the salesperson said it would work fine, it does NOT. We had to switch it with a Samsung from another room to make it work.

    Beware Cheap Components That Can Affect Casting

    Do not buy, it's a hit and miss with this TV. Only had it for 1 month already having issues with it. Cheap internal components become faulty very soon. The TV will lose Wi-Fi connectivity after entering sleep mode, the only way to fix it is to restart the TV multiple times during the day. TCL customer support may blame your network settings rather than acknowledging a faulty wireless card. I'm a Network Engineer and very geeky I've tried all different kind of troubleshooting including resetting the TV, checking network settings and verifying everything working well. TCL Support is Rubish stay away.

    Picture Quality is bad. There is motion lag. To change from Prime to Netflix or Youtube it takes a long time. Response time after pressing the remote it very bad.

    The salers at best buy took 3 weeks to do their job right. I had to basically do it for them. They werent communicating well with me. On top of it everything i went through they only wanted to g8ve me $50 credit. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy tv from best buy. Especially if the place requires a COI for their tv to be mounted to the wall. They give me more work to do then what was required. Even though they had all the info that they needed. The installers on the hand , the third party did their job right.
