    This tv lags so bad and randomly won’t turn on. TCL sent a repairman out and wouldn’t honor my warranty despite proof that my tv was a bad one

    TV I don’t recommend maybe because of the brand and soon I’m going to return it since I have protection plans for 5 years the TV all time freeze and I have to unplug it and plug it back. Sorry

    Had tv for just over 2 weeks and am experiencing black screens, delays, and audio issues. I tried to exchange for a samsung tv that is 3x the price i paid for this junk and apparently the return window is 15 days which is crazy for a $600 product. Not to mention i went in to buy a different tv and was persuaded by a worker from the electronics that the tcl tv was a better option.

    JUNK !!!!!! Do not do it. Nothing but problems and a horrible picture. Jutter > Blury screen. Off beat colors ect ect > Customer service is terrible. Stay far away from TCL. Mine will be a paper weight. Totally annoying TV > Terrible interface and a terrible picture. DO NOT BUY A TCL !!!!!

    We bought this tv Dec. 26,2023 and the sound is already messing up. It will go down and you’ll have to pause the show and back up then replay. The sound also makes this awful sound that’s really loud like a fuzzy noise, this is exactly what my LG did. What makes me mad is the worker told me this tv was better then the LG that I already had so many problems with.

    Worst TV we have ever purchased. Should have bought the Roku TV instead of the overloaded Google TV that is super slow just 3 months after purchase, which coincidentally is after the return period!

    Just took the tv home. When the screen is black there’s pixels/lights that are blown out on the bottom.

    This is a get what you pay for lesson. If you’re looking for a throw away tv then you found it. It’s more of a feature issue than a picture or sound quality problem. Even the connected equipment control function does not work with a fire stick…

    Its a ok tv! Nothing to go crazy over. Honestly if I could go back I would select a different model. You have to download a app just to mirror your phone to the tv and the tv itself is a little laggy. Just overall not a good purchase. However TCLA have good tv’s this specific model is just not it.

    Freezes and crashes

    Freezes and locks up. Can't even use it. Looks like it was a display TV that was put inside a box. Now it's too late to return it. Unbelievable. This thing is trash. Don't buy TCL.

    The video/audio keeps getting out of sync, even after we go to settings and adjust it! Also, for many shows, the picture quality is slow to focus/adjust to high quality.

    Best Buy is a Scam

    TV itself was great but Best Buy sold me coverage saying it covered accidental damage. Then they went back on it. NEVER EVER EVER BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY

    Tv randomly goes blank, wish i could return but it's few days past . Also roku is much easier to use than google tv. picture quality is also weird. sometimes looks grainy
