Navigating the apps on the TV is very laggy and the streaming buffers a lot.

Freezes and locks up. Can't even use it. Looks like it was a display TV that was put inside a box. Now it's too late to return it. Unbelievable. This thing is trash. Don't buy TCL.

The video/audio keeps getting out of sync, even after we go to settings and adjust it! Also, for many shows, the picture quality is slow to focus/adjust to high quality.

TV itself was great but Best Buy sold me coverage saying it covered accidental damage. Then they went back on it. NEVER EVER EVER BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY

Tv randomly goes blank, wish i could return but it's few days past . Also roku is much easier to use than google tv. picture quality is also weird. sometimes looks grainy

I don’t recommend this tv at all. Only had it a few months and it had a lot of glitches!

Best buys customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and buy from some where else.

This product is not worth the money spent on it. I’m not able to watch paramount plus on it. The TV gets stuck and won’t shut off

Just over a year after purchase the backlight and panel started to flicker

Store salesman said this TV could do multi Brie or picture n picture. Salesman was wrong and I am going to take the TV back.

Dont know if i got a bad TV, no matter what I did the screen had a green hew to it, returned.

This TV is a great value and I say that from the stand point of all you get for the price. I remember paying over twice this much a few years back for a unit that isn't even close. Set up was easy and straight forward. It had all the apps I use and quickly joined my Google Home network. It is so nice to have Google integration for voice control. Now that it is set up lets evaluate the picture. Bottom line is that the picture is rich and clear and absolutely beautiful. I have a few choice movies I like to use and everything looked fantastic. The QLED Quantum Dot Technology offers over a billion colors. I didn't try to count them all but they also were bright with very smooth movement. Of course the nephew had to try out his gaming console and he loved the immersive experience that a screen of this size gives. He said that the Game Accelerator mode worked great and really smoothed out the visuals. Other nice features include Chromecast that is built in as well as built in Bluetooth Audio. The included speakers are actually quite nice, some of the best I have heard stock in a TV. However, without all the added expense of a room full of speakers you can just pair your headphones, or buds and enjoy.

The TCL 65Q650G QLED 4K HDTV picture is vibrant with excellent color reproduction, making at least some videos look better than any other 65" QLED TV I've owned (this is our third in the last five years). When you investigate all the various TV display technologies, you’ll see they all have positives and negatives regardless of how much you spend - this one is a good option at its price point. The black colors look dark enough for my liking, and the bright colors shine brightly. I've noticed no problem with the smoothness of motion on this television. The built-in sound (without external speakers) is good but could be better. This TCL TV does not have the deep bass sound of our Samsung TV, but you can hook up a sound-bar if that's important to you. I did hook up a Bose sound-bar via HDMI eARC, and it worked fine, with no lip-syncing issues. I'm leaving that connected at this time. The Google TV (smart tv function) was easy to set up (having an Android phone may have helped), but admittedly took probably 15-20 minutes to set up (I had a lot of initial apps to install, but app support is terrific). We're watching Hulu right now as I write this part of the review, and we also tried out Netflix, Max, Paramount+, YouTube, Peacock, Disney+, and more. There were even apps for some online technical classes I get through a subscription, and you can find fitness apps and videos. Built-in Chromecast is great to have. If it didn’t have that, I would purchase a Chromecast adapter. In settings, there is an option not to notify the other Android devices on the same Wi-Fi if I'm casting (by default, everyone on the same Wi-Fi could either 'stop casting' or 'pause' or some limited other options). Among other things, I already used Chromecast to cast an exercise video from YouTube (my doctor said I needed to lose weight) and did a phone screen mirroring cast separately. I plugged in an external Apple TV device, as our cable company lets us get the channels from that, and the TV remote conveniently worked the Apple TV without having to use the Apple remote. After initial testing in the living room, I placed this TCL TV in my bedroom, and it looks enormous compared to the 42.5" TV I had there before this one. I checked, and there was a sleep timer option which I will most certainly use if I want to have the TV help me fall asleep at nighttime (or for a nap). It appeared that if I was running an app on the TV and turned on the sleep timer, the app I was running quit, but if I was viewing the Apple TV (HDMI input), there were no issues with the sleep timer. THANKS TO ITS SPEED AND FEATURES, this TV is much more usable than my prior television. I anticipate many years of enjoyment of this television before I’d need to replace this one.

I have no complaints. I did not want to break the bank, but i didnt want to get a cheap tv. Im very happy with what i got. Works great, has an amazing picture, and was easy to setup. Very happy with purchase.

I didn’t plan on going with a 65” but glad I did. Good picture. Like the google tv features.

Great picture and easy to program and lots of programming. Wish it had google chrome web browser

I recently purchased a 65” TV and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make watching movies a real treat.
