Tv is great but Support sucks!

Best buy told me to go in store for a replacement TCL remote but instead was giving a off brand controller that did work but it missing key features so i wasnt to happy at least i can turn on/off and work the volume and then i called TCL and after tons of automated trouble finally got a live agent who asked too many questions about my issue and had me do more troubleshooting with the remote and tv and finally i had enough and just hung up, all that for just a remote? Can you imagen if it was the TV itself, screw that the tv looks great but the support is by far the worst so unfortunately i couldn't recommend this tv based off that experience too much money invest on a TV that offers horrible support.

Nice picture but its going back

Second issue sound and no picture had to disconnect the power and restart television on two separate occasion. Unacceptable for a tv thats not 10 days old. Call TCF unable to get a person on the phone to help
