    we bought then brought ours back to be returned to Best Buy. The promise of a crisp picture and colors was just not as expected. Each change in viewing resulted in re adjusting the settings you had previously set up.

    It is a horrible TV and TCL does not respond.

    Buy this TV for about 2 months and black spots have already appeared on the screen. And I am communicating with TCL and they do not respond.I lost my money, I do not recommend it.

    Realistic picture with proper brightness

    Bought 2 of these to replace 2 aging but fully-functional TCL 55 inch TVs, after a lot of online reviews and viewing alternatives in Best Buy stores. What these offer are very life-like colors and brightness, and great sound. A lot of OLEDs are simply too bright with oversaturated colors. While that provides its own 'experience' for some, we think it is overdone and makes for an artificial experience. These are plenty bright (life-like bright) and provide smooth motion for games. The speakers are also great - a huge step up from the older models we have. We have in-ceiling speakers but are using the TV speakers for now - they're very good. Although I'd expected to go with Samsung - brightness aside, just couldn't justify the big step up in cost and our experience with our older TCLs lasting this long also couldn't be overlooked. They now have Google TV - a bit of an adjustment from Roku, but we're getting there. Do like the fast response and well-designed remotes - big improvement over the older TCLs.

    I've gone through 2 of these and both have had display issues or didn't even turn on.

    The broken tv

    Came new in box broken then had a hard time swapping it out in store because I forgot the remote at home,but the manager finally did the right thing so I will continue to shop there

    TV did not turn on. After replacing broken brand new TV, new TV would not turn on. Best Buy customer service would not assust. Sad day.

    I guess this is my fault for impulse buying. Salesman said it was a roku tv. Snatched it up on sale. It’s not roku. It’s google. Huge disappointment

    Just Wow! I freakin'love it more than pigs in a blanket! This TV is the real deal. Clear, fast with a big dash of coolness! Just get it. Your wife can only stay mad at you for so long! TCL BABYYYY!!!

    I have a different model 55 inch. This is a 65 inch at the same type of television, but I got to omit this particular model is extremely crisp. Clear colors are unbelievable. You think you’re right within the television yourself. I love it thank you.

    Upgraded to new mini led tech and I am amazed. 4k content looks incredible. First time with a 65” from a 55”, well worth it. Was debating on the qm7k but I couldn’t pass up this Presidents’ Day deal. Super happy. Great picture. Nice and clear.

    Functions well out of the box. The only tiny thing I'd gripe about is that if you use HDMI1, like for an gaming console (etc.), you have to change the input back to it every time you turn the TV back on. Really not a big deal in the end. The audio is "meh" to me, but that's because I use a decent 2.1 channel stereo for it anyway.

    Excellent TV in every way. We are impressed by the picture quality and lack of any issues what so ever.I'm so glad I didnt spent 4 or 5 times the money for a OLED.

    Fantastic display for the price... can't comment on the sound quality of the TV speakers since I use a surround sound setup... but TCL gives you a lot of bang for the buck!

    Great TV for Gaming

    This is the second QM6K I have bought. The first was a Christmas gift for my daughter and her husband. They are big gamers and had an older LG LCD TV for their PS5. They raved so much about the TCL TV that I bought one for gaming in my den. It replaced a similarly spec'd Sony 55" TV that is 3 years old. The TCL blows away the Sony...especially for AAA PC gaming. Great picture. Easy setup. Excellent functions and features for use in gaming.
