Pretty good 4K TV for a decent price

Best Buy 'canceled' the item we purchased.

We ordered this on Black Friday to be delivered to our home. On the delivery date, We got a notice from Best Buy the order was canceled. We spent over an hour on the phone getting bounced around from person to person. No one could help us or explain why our order was canceled. The next day I see that the same TV was in stock at our local store. I ordered it for pickup. But it was a higher price since it was not the Black Friday deal.

The service man who installed did an excellent job The problem I had was that it was rescheduled three times before I received it. I took almost a month to get it. Very poor

Color bright and vibrant. This was bought for my wife who is not computer savvy but she runs with no problem.

TCL BANG FOR BUCK!!

If you are a total rewards member(2 year warranty) and catch it on sale it’s a no brainer! Sure there are faults but you’re not rating a 3,000.00 Sony!

Great picture quality and great features. Sound quality is okay, but I have a soundbar which offers much better sound. Only issue was the IR receiver was broken on arrival, but Best Buy was very accommodating and the return/swap process was stress free. Overall very happy with this model.

At first I thought the quality wouldn’t be as Good then I got logged in with my account and everything instantly looked way better!
