Not great quality in real life

The quality just isn'tgreat, and isn't better than my 10 year old sony. Also, the guy in the store said it would run the Xfinity app, but it doesn't. I needed a Roku to stream Xfinity. Sound is good, set up was easy, interface is good. Ultimately I was disappointed wiht the quality compared to how it looked in the store. I'm going to return it.

Love the picture quality and sound quality. The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I always make my large appliance and electronic purchases from Best Buy. I like to have my questions answered in person.

Quite adequate for TV things, not for theaters.

It has a really hard time with motion it seemed like. Its nothing compared to my Oled downstairs, but for the price, its perfectly fine for an occasional use TV.

3rd times a charm

My 1st purchase was a Hisense 75 inch, which was dead out of the box, returned and a few days later picked up a TCL QM5K. it had a great picture but the software was buggy and the TV would intermittently power off on its own. Even though I was a few days out of my return window, the Best Buy Manager let me return it and I tried out the QM6K. a major upgrade from the QM5K, amazing picture and has been solid now for 3 weeks. Thanks you Best Buy for amazing customer service and TCL for making a great affordable TV.

Replacing a Samsung, very good so far

I looked around, did my research and heard good things about the QM6K. Best buy had it on sale for almost 50% off for black Friday in July. Bought it and set up free shipping in like 5 minutes. Painless. The TV arrived with no delays and was in perfect condition when we received it. Set up was easy and the picture is great. My Samsung was 8 years old and we could immediately see the difference. This is my first TCL and so far so good. We'll see how it does with sports, but movies, shows, and gaming are very good.

Excellent Picture and Sound Quality

The picture looks amazing—bright colors, deep blacks, and it handles sports and movies really well. The sound is much better than I expected, and I don’t even feel like I need a soundbar right now. Setup was simple, and having Google TV built in makes it super easy to find what I want to watch. For the price, it feels like a great deal. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid TV without breaking the bank.

TCL QM series is a higher tier than on paper.

And I don’t have to worry about burn in. This tv is excellent.

I used an existing mount so did have to cut down the tops to avoid covering the speakers in the back. Not a big deal, two minutes in the garage with a hacksaw.

Mini LED for the WIN

The picture is very “CRISP”, the white is whiter and the black is blacker. Very easy to set up and we switched from a curved TV and it’s one is much better in our opinion. Connected to our Google Home which we use with so many devices so this is a great addition.
