The user manual states the panel is 120Hz with 144VRR. The MAX FPS is 120. Fancy words for saying the input signal can be up to 144Hz but it can only output 120Hz. Besides that really excellent TV. You can put it in game mode and use Gsync with windows with virtually zero input lag.

To clarify, TCL QM6K and above feature a 144Hz native panel refresh rate, meaning the hardware can accept and display 144Hz signals, especially useful for PC VRR gaming. However, most non-gaming content (movies, TV, consoles) maxes out at 120Hz or below, which is why specs also mention 120Hz. But rest assured, the panel is fully capable of 144Hz performance. Compared to my LG oled in my family room, its colors are not as rich and vibrant. The side viewing angle is not as good either but compared to my last LED tv it is much improved. For the price it is an amazing deal but this is a mid range tv and cant compete with the best tvs in my opinion. I am happy with my purchase though after 2 weeks of use.

Customer Service SUCKS!!

Dislike: Constant problems I am having with using the tv with my Laptop, constantly reseting video. The major issue is with contacting customer service and trying to understand the thick INDIAN accent. No HELP at all!

I paid about $125.00 to set up the TV, headset and apps but they refused to do that because it did not specifically say to set up the TV on the work order. They did finally plug in the headset after I complained. I would like to have the setup fee reimbursed to my credit card.
