I have 3 TCL TV's and the picture is great. The software is not the best and connection to WiFi seems to disconnect regularly

Haven't had a issue with it since I purchased it a month ago. Clear picture, sharp image, and smooth fresh rate have made this TV so much better than previous ones.

I’ve been really impressed with this TV. The picture looks amazing—bright colors, deep blacks, and it handles sports and movies really well. The sound is much better than I expected, and I don’t even feel like I need a soundbar right now. Setup was simple, and having Google TV built in makes it super easy to find what I want to watch. For the price, it feels like a great deal. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid TV without breaking the bank.

I’m extremely happy with this TV. The picture quality is outstanding once you take the time to calibrate it properly. Don’t feel discouraged by the default image when you first turn it on — this TV truly shines after some careful adjustment. With a bit of patience, you can achieve an exceptional viewing experience. So far so good. I have no complaints. Only praises for the TCL QM6K. The picture is outstanding and the refresh rate is absolutely amazing. I have owned it for approximately three weeks now, and I'm so glad I made this purchase!

Good brightness and clarity. I also like the colors. Not much blooming. Almost as good as an OLED.

I needed a decent 65” TV, so I did some research. My demand was simple: don’t want to spend thousands of dollars for those super sharp, bright, top notch tire one (SONYs) but still produce a decent 4K overall picture quality, I.e. so called “best on budget”, and the winner was CTL 65QM6K! Have been watching it for months and it is surly a winner!

Colors are rich and dynamic. Watched baseball and basketball games motion rate is really good. Easy to navigate the apps. Very bright. Sound is standard but decent.

Delivery was outside the window based on the tracker, but acceptable. The TV setup was straightforward. Picture quality is very good with foreground/close images, variable with background/distant images depending on, it seems, quality of the source. In some cases it's great, and in some has a portrait (vs photography) effect. Sound better than expected

Wasn't originally in the market for a new TV, but had to replace my old Samsung because of a cracked screen. I looked around, did my research and heard good things about the QM6K. Best buy had it on sale for almost 50% off for black Friday in July. Bought it and set up free shipping in like 5 minutes. Painless. The TV arrived with no delays and was in perfect condition when we received it. Set up was easy and the picture is great. My Samsung was 8 years old and we could immediately see the difference. This is my first TCL and so far so good. We'll see how it does with sports, but movies, shows, and gaming are very good.

This was my 3rd purchase in a months time. My 1st purchase was a Hisense 75 inch, which was dead out of the box, returned and a few days later picked up a TCL QM5K. it had a great picture but the software was buggy and the TV would intermittently power off on its own. Even though I was a few days out of my return window, the Best Buy Manager let me return it and I tried out the QM6K. a major upgrade from the QM5K, amazing picture and has been solid now for 3 weeks. Thanks you Best Buy for amazing customer service and TCL for making a great affordable TV.

TV is great our experience with Best Buy was terrible. We ordered this on Black Friday to be delivered to our home. On the delivery date, We got a notice from Best Buy the order was canceled. We spent over an hour on the phone getting bounced around from person to person. No one could help us or explain why our order was canceled. The next day I see that the same TV was in stock at our local store. I ordered it for pickup. But it was a higher price since it was not the Black Friday deal.

We were kind of skeptical about this purchase at first, since we had never heard of TCL, but a family member recommended it based on the overall reviews and his own personal experience. This TV has all the bells and whistles anyone could ever need. We especially love the speak command function that will search for whatever movie or program you want to watch. The picture quality is excellent and even sharper and brighter than my Samsung. We are very happy with this purchase and recommend it anyone in search of a quality picture at a reasonable price.

For the money, you cannot beat this tv. I compared all of the big brands and this tv had more features and more upgraded technology than some of the Sony, LG, and Samsung TV's with much larger price tags. The jury is still out on how long it will last, but so far, it's been excellent. Incredible color, contrast, and clarity, great find!!!

This TCL tv is fantastic!! Great picture and all around quality is wonderful! The price was also great! I now have two TCL TV’s in my home!

I'm not a demanding person but this TV fits to all of my expectations. The picture is great, Android runs fine (a little laggy sometimes but I doesn't annoy). For such price I think it's a great deal.

This TV has beaten my expectations GREATLY! This is our first TCL tv and we wont be going back to the big, overpriced companies again. We have this mounted in a VERY bright room and it does a killer job because of how bright it is. Might not be the top of the line model but it feels like it. We dont use the smart TV options (we use a google Chromecast instead) so i cant speak to the speeds/functionality of that.

Amazing picture and sound quality. First time trying this brand and the salesperson at the store was correct in his description. It is so much more quality than expected for the great price point. Very happy with our purchase.
