    Hard to set up

    TCL's are hard to set up. We fought for 2 days, putting passwords in etc. Took them back and bought Roku tv's. The best decision I ever made.

    Very slow to process and load apps, possibly slow processor, very frustrating sometimes. Sometimes sound not matched up with picture.

    Hard to connect to WIFI

    We took this TV back as the picture and wifi connection was not great. It would work at times but other times we would have to reset the tv.

    The tv does not accept the spectrum app. Also the optical out input does not work nor take the cable. It pops out.

    TV quality is okay like all TCLs but the OS is absolutely sluggish and horrible. Apps just crash all the time. Vudu won’t load unless I sign out and back in most of the time. Netflix takes a few seconds to change menus. These TVs used to be quick and great.

    Definitely don't try to do anything quickly. The remote takes forever to respond. Do you want to watch an older show or movie? Don't even bother. Thr picture quality is so bad it's almost unwatchable. I'm not the type of person to care much about that but it's truly awful.

    Wasted 1k on two of these

    I bought 2 (at the same time) and after 6 months one is completely dead and the other has significant freezing/internet connection issues. The warranty covered nothing. Additional protection covered nothing without paying labor charges.

    Worst tv we've ever owned. Never works. Freezes for no reason. Apps don't load. Other tv's in house work fantastic. They are all Roku TV's. Will never purchase another one.

    The price for the size and quality is really good. The tv itself though, can be laggy from time to time. Sometimes when i play youtube videos on the tv app, the first 30 seconds tend to be black so i tend to have to rewind if i missed something. Not really anything major besides that, easy to set up and mount on wall, there was a misunderstanding with delivery dates but not like i couldn't wait an extra day or so.
