Hard to set up

Hard to connect to WIFI

Slow and unusable

Apps just crash all the time. Vudu won’t load unless I sign out and back in most of the time. Netflix takes a few seconds to change menus. These TVs used to be quick and great.

Garbage

The remote takes forever to respond. Do you want to watch an older show or movie? Don't even bother. Thr picture quality is so bad it's almost unwatchable. I'm not the type of person to care much about that but it's truly awful.

Wasted 1k on two of these

The warranty covered nothing. Additional protection covered nothing without paying labor charges.

Great Value for the Price!

Sometimes when i play youtube videos on the tv app, the first 30 seconds tend to be black so i tend to have to rewind if i missed something. Not really anything major besides that, easy to set up and mount on wall, there was a misunderstanding with delivery dates but not like i couldn't wait an extra day or so.
