This is my 3rd TCL tv! The latest is a 65” I started off with issues HDMI kept showing up in upper right corner and I couldn’t get av input to work! TCL has the best customer service they worked with me trying several options finally I was told to check with my cable carrier and that was the problem not the tv! The adapter has to be red white and yellow I was trying to use red green and blue I use old school surround sound systems ( receiver several speakers subwoofer) for some reason everything worked great except Apple TV there was a loud noise displayed only. I would like to shout out to Christian a TCL customer service worker. He stayed on the phone with me for an hour giving me instructions on how to hook my sound system up completely different using optical on the tv. The sound is even better than before!! I had issues at the beginning but now I am Loving my TCL! The picture is so crisp and sharp! The colors are perfect!! The only change I made was changed the brightness to 50 because it was set at 100 This television can’t be beat!! It looks great easy to operate and the price is right!!!

So far so good! I’ve had this TV hanging in my patio for a few weeks now and the picture is great. The brightness is also great and no issues viewing even though it is outside under a covered & screen enclosed patio.

I Wanted the best picture for the least amount of money… it was between this TV and the Hisense A6… they both were $399. They both had an outstanding picture quality but I chose the TCL because it has those extra channels… it’s called TCL channel on your remote control. It’s own little section of Free TV and movies… the sound is decent, but I have mine hooked up to a sound bar and a subwoofer… the geek squad came in, mounted it for me Also, I have the warranty with Best Buy for extended two years. This is not our main TV for a 3rd TV. I think it’s awesome. I highly recommend this TV I have the QLED TV as well. I’m a person coming from Samsung QLED. I honestly didn’t think there was a better TV out there than Samsung. Well I stand to be corrected you don’t have to spend all that thousands of dollars for a high tech TV you can indeed get the cheapest TV, and be more than satisfied!!!

I had a replacement 58-in Westinghouse TV. I had seven TVs saved in my list to look at in the store. And I saw the picture on this TV compared to the Roku version of it, this was so much brighter. The salesman. Was extremely helpful and I am not disappointed with the amazing picture at home, the brightness, the quick menu changes. I would highly recommend this TV for anyone who doesn't have to spend a fortune and get mind-blowing picture. I thought I would have trouble getting it up on my wall mount, but it only lays 30 lb.

Overall, this TV is incredible for the price! The picture quality is excellent ( just needs alittle adjusting), the sound quality is great ( especially when pluged into the the ARC HDMI), and the hardware design is nice with very small bezels. I highly recommend this tv to an one that on a budget, but wants something relatively nice. You will not be disappointed; TCL had definitely stepped up their game.
