My 1st TCL 4k tv and I’m very impressed with the bright colors and not much lag at all. This TV is for my Son he loves it. I have a TV that’s 8k 75 inch and the this TCL is just as good.

Loving this TV the contrast. Alone with the color is excellent. No complaints I have always enjoyed shopping and visiting best. Buy the world's leader in. Electronics Not only myself, my whole family shops at Best Buy. The staff is so Pleasant and knowledgeable Sometimes if I don't buy anything. I just love to go there and look and communicate with the staff. They also have one of the best return policy, no complaints capitop of the line whatever you do, don't change. Even the locations are excellent when I'm out of town. I look for Best Buy. I am very pleased to say I least stop by best. Buy at least 2 to 3 times a month.

TV replaced an old 55 inch. This TV has brilliant color and with a soundbar fantastic sound. I recommend this TV.

Tv is good and bright. Cheaply made. Very light plastic that is flimsy, but picture is great

I could not verify the wall installation future if any. Other than that TCL TVs are good value products. I bought it for the Church I go to for children school for Sunday and occasional some workday afternoon religios training. Now I will need the VESA wall attachment holes for the TV to be screwed in and keep it sturdy and safe. The stand is not strong. But the picture comes excellent for the price. I may buy QLED TCL TV for my replacement.

Very good buy, cheap with picture is good however the response to commands is a little slower than on other TVs. For a tight budget, I recommend it.

It is an amazing tv . The picture great , the gaming on it amazing . Overall the tv it self is very light weight and perfect for a living room ,bed room or even man cave tv!

After buying a new replacement TV from Best Buy, the original one that we purchased was a dud. After a day the TV was broken. So my husband went back to exchange for another TV. My in-laws happen to have a TCL TV so we knew that it would be a good choice. So far so good with this TV. Quality is great and so is the sound on the TV. This time, we ended up buying the extending warranty since TV’s don’t seem to last as long anymore

Overall this tv has performed extremely well. Great color Saturation, brighness and density. Need to get used to if coming from a roku tv but once you access easy home. It will.be much simpler to navigate. Overall great tv. Have 5 TCL and all are working perfect.

Bought this TV for my mother-in-law and she loves it. The picture quality is great, the sound is pretty sharp and the price was just right! For me personally, I’ve always purchased Samsung TV in my home, however TCL is pretty awesome. I just might consider getting one for my kids. I’m giving it 4 stars simply because when turning on the TV it does take a minute for the TV to load, not sure if it has to do with the WiFi since it’s a smart TV, but it lags a bit. Overall, it’s exactly what she needed and loves.

My goodness, I love this TV. I was able to pick this up as a Black Friday deal and has been worth every penny. The picture is crystal clear and the adaptive motion rate is very nice for smoother video. I use mine with a 4k Roku Stick, but the Google software is not bad - leaps and bounds from where it used to be. I use a soundbar with it, so I am not sure about the speaker quality. Overall, very good product for the price!

Great picture but the user interface is buggy and slow Constantly crashes, the remote sometimes takes 20+ seconds to register button pushes, the speaker output selection does whatever it wants… case in point… I have a sound bar attached which has a lot of bass. I only use that output for movies at night as I don’t want to disturb the household the rest of the time. So the tv is set to the weak internal speaker. I can turn the tv on sometimes and it plays out of all the speakers at once (but with a variety of time delays) and the remote won’t control the speakers when it does this. So it’s 50/50 when I put the news on in the morning if it’ll wake the house or not. The remote isn’t programmable for different shortcuts, so to launch Hulu or Disney plus, you have to use the unresponsive menu, but there are 2 x TCL channel button shortcuts which are a complete waste. If the UI actually worked, this would be a 4 star rating

Clear picture, great sound but wish I had known about it not "playing nice" with Spectrum streaming. Did not know this until the TV was delivered and about to be installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. My husband then had to run to a store and make an additional purchase of a Roku Stick in order to receive our streaming service from Spectrum. This is no fault of the TV, but I wish the Best Buy salesman had been a little more forthcoming of this tidbit of info.

Picture and sound are good on the TV. The one thing that is a bit annoying is when you use the quick access buttons, i.e. trying to continue watching something you previously had on, a lot of times it will buffer/not play or play briefly and then you have to exit the program altogether, and then enter it, so it slows you down more than helps. Have since skipped that option.

No problem with the TV. It was the personnel in your store that was horrible. Actually, I don’t know if I will go back to the Boynton Beach store again. The first TV we purchased we only had for one hour when my husband came home from work we took it out of the box and noticed that it was cracked. We returned it, and the man that stands at the door at the desk, he wouldn’t even look at us and he was so rude. It was just unbelievable. Told us we must’ve put our finger on it and cracked it which was totally ridiculous because we bought several TVs from you already and none of them have ever been cracked and we waited for my husband to get home so him and my son could take it out of the box gently. He also said that he’ll only do this one time he will never do it again so be very careful the next time he was just completely obnoxious then we had to stand there for at least 20 minutes before somebody would come and help us take it out to the car and put it in the back of the SUV. Nobody wanted to do it, and it didn’t seem like they were very busy . The young lady that was at the desk she was so sweet and kept apologizing for them. No need to apologize for their rudeness. The guy that had half black hair and half blonde hair was also quite rude. He didn’t want to help pick up the TV. Very bad experience. Probably won’t stop there again but thank you for your concern .
