Very Good For The Money

Once again, purchased for business and using it as a screen for Zoom calls and presentation. The sound is a lot better than other TV's from reputable brand, which cost more. Is it the best value for money? Who knows...define "value" and "money". If you are on a budget this is great. If you can for $200 more, there are better alternatives.

TV doesn't play nice with Spectrum streaming

Did not know this until the TV was delivered and about to be installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. My husband then had to run to a store and make an additional purchase of a Roku Stick in order to receive our streaming service from Spectrum. This is no fault of the TV, but I wish the Best Buy salesman had been a little more forthcoming of this tidbit of info.

GREAT TV FOR PRICE!

Great color Saturation, brighness and density. Need to get used to if coming from a roku tv but once you access easy home. It will.be much simpler to navigate. Overall great tv. Have 5 TCL and all are working perfect.

Bad customer service!!!!!

It was the personnel in your store that was horrible. Actually, I don’t know if I will go back to the Boynton Beach store again. The first TV we purchased we only had for one hour when my husband came home from work we took it out of the box and noticed that it was cracked. We returned it, and the man that stands at the door at the desk, he wouldn’t even look at us and he was so rude. It was just unbelievable. Told us we must’ve put our finger on it and cracked it which was totally ridiculous because we bought several TVs from you already and none of them have ever been cracked and we waited for my husband to get home so him and my son could take it out of the box gently. He also said that he’ll only do this one time he will never do it again so be very careful the next time he was just completely obnoxious then we had to stand there for at least 20 minutes before somebody would come and help us take it out to the car and put it in the back of the SUV. Nobody wanted to do it, and it didn’t seem like they were very busy . The young lady that was at the desk she was so sweet and kept apologizing for them. No need to apologize for their rudeness. The guy that had half black hair and half blonde hair was also quite rude. He didn’t want to help pick up the TV. Very bad experience. Probably won’t stop there again but thank you for your concern .

Good TV For Price

The one thing that is a bit annoying is when you use the quick access buttons, i.e. trying to continue watching something you previously had on, a lot of times it will buffer/not play or play briefly and then you have to exit the program altogether, and then enter it, so it slows you down more than helps. Have since skipped that option.

Bang for Buck entry level TV.

It's slightly slow when wanting to switch between videos but then again the QLED upgraded version of it (Q5) is not any faster. Overall, i'd recommend for when it is discounted at around 350$.

Great TV!

We have always had Fire TVs but after having the last two quit on us, we decided to try out a TV with Google’s operating system. We have loved it - and the TV is fantastic all around. From the picture, to the sound, and beyond. We are looking to get more of them in different sizes for our other rooms as well!

Great budget TV!

Sound isn't the greatest, but with a soundbar or even headphones (late at night when the lady is sleeping), not a problem at all. Has a little lag when booting up, but this is somewhat expected with smart TVs. Still, works great after the first minute or so. No real complaints here. For under $400, it's a steal.

Streaming, cable provider and mass video games is what we ARE!! TCL has all this and more just waiting for you. Even better is the wireless connection for my earbuds. That was pretty much the icing on the cake for me. YES! This is a spectacular TV with no complaints from thi guy!
