    Great product at a great price. My Samsung went out and I bought this tv because of the price. I ended liking the role setup more than the Samsung setup. It’s more user friendly.

    Setup was easy. I'm a senior citizen, so it took 2 people to lift the TV out of the box and up to the wall mount. I wish the remote control had an ear phone plug (like my Roku streaming box remote has), but I knew that it didn't before I purchased the TV, so no decrease in stars due to that.

    Remote control is a garbage. Cheap made. Since I opened the box and tried to watch TV, the remote control didnt work. Changed batteries, did a reset, but nothing resolved the problem permanently. It works few minutes and they die. Also, I have the press very hard the buttons otherwise they dont work at all. Very disappointed. Waiting TCL support to review my complain and solve this problem. As a workaround I have installed the Roku app in my iphone and I can use it as remote control.

    So far as so good. The remote can be unresponsive sometimes but overall it's been a great set. Picture quality is okay; it's nothing to write home about.
