Q: Does this have bluetooth support for connecting audio headphones?
A: Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. A: The composite connection for this TCL TV is a single input located on the back of the TV near the other inputs. You would need to use an adapter to connect the traditional red/white/yellow cables you are used to seeing. The adapter would need to be purchased separately. Hope this helps! A: Yes remove the screws in order to access the whole and utilize the mount. You will need longer screw depending on the mount you are using!
Q: is this blue tooth? does this company have call centers in the usa?
A: Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. The Headquaters for TCL North America is located within the US.
