Brest Buy Employuees make nothing worth the price.

Was open box, with no box. They checked me out, before even coming outside. Curbside. Purchased online. They were closing and said if I didnt take it, I would lose a large percentage of the tv because it was clearance and discontinued. I had bought the repair package for 2 years; Isinc eI had 14 days to pick up. I asked to return and repurchase it, so I could get in another day. I was told no. Which was a lie. So, I had to carry this TV alone in bubble wrap, to my car.. then stood outside trying to call anyone. New to the area. Was bout 11 pm buy the time I got help. TV broke because of no box and us trying to put it in the back of a pick up. Employees stared at me as they all left/. I was actually crying. So, Its still in my garage never been watched with a cracked screen. I tried to file a complaint and there was no follow through or help. This was my last purchase at Best Buy a year ago.
