    Great tv, easy to wall mount. Works wonderful and i can read what is on the screen. Being almost totally blind, i had no problem to set up home creen the way i needed it.

    I knew the price was cheap for a TV this size. The disappointment is in the quality of picture. The screen always looks dim. No matter how you change the settings. Sometimes it also freezes up. Have to disconnect and plug it back on.

    Definitely glad I made the purchase. While to initial customer service in the door wasn't pleasant and I had to wait almost a half an hour, the television, nonetheless was a good buy.

    After a few months white spots appeared on tv and after a year the picture seem very dark even after adjusting settings

    Ok I must be going crazy. I purchased this tv brand new. Now I opened the box to mount on the wall, no dam parts, not even an power cord. Like what am I supposed to do with just a 75 in tv with no parts. I’m highly upset.

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance.
