    The TV was damaged and we added the Care within the 30 days of the purchase only to be told that we don't qualify and they are cancelling our warranty care. It is unacceptable from a company to do this last minute to save on a repair. Now we have a broken TV and have to find a new one. Absolutely unacceptable. I've been a long time customer and now am NOT! Stay away from this dishonest company!

    Got it home opened the box put it on the wall. The TV walked me step by step for sit-up

    Did not last 24 hours until LED screen went out

    Had the TV for 24 hours and the LED went out on it. Never again. For the prior 23 hours and or the few hours I wanted it the screen was great but while finishing a show the screen went out. All basic troubleshooting minus taking the circuit board out produced the same results. Most likely a circuit board issue. Never ordering this piece of junk again.

    Tv was returned because some channels were so dark, I could not see what was happening. No problem with the return of the tv.
